    I wanted to love this app. I’m a first time gardener. I was so excited. I even got the premium subscription. I sent in three pictures to identify pests & 2 weeks later still no response. I cancelled the premium subscription.

    Sent multiple pictures for a plant id a week ago, no response. Sent follow up; no response. I don’t have time for this; going to my local nursery. Need to know if plant or weed - working on restoring an old garden. Was excited, would have subscribed if it worked.

    My sister, Lynda, was a master gardener and when she passed away, I inherited many of her plants, most of which I had no clue as to what they were. This app helped me to identify my favorite ones and I am so grateful to know their names & how to care for them. Thank you Garden Compass! Beverly

    It’s been good before but I submitted a pic of a troubled plant a month ago at least and still haven’t heard back. Also not easy to find the mechanisms to submit questions on the website, every time I have to hunt around for it.

    I thought about signing up and paying for premium so I submitted a plant Identification request to determine the quality of their customer service. It has been 4 days and I still haven’t received a response. Very disappointing. I don’t know why anyone would pay $3.99/month for no service. Additionally, their are no Smart Plant retailers within 200 miles of Phoenix. 6/11/18-Following up, I still have never received a response on my plant identification request over 2 weeks later. Deleting the app now.

    I only got 1 free credit. They misidentified one plant. And as far as the pic I sent for my plant being sick, haven’t heard anything yet. My plant is during and I wasted time and payed them money to help and nothing. When I clicked the link to try to communicate with them, I get a message that the site it is taking me to is an impostor site trying to fish for personal data. I payed with PayPal so I will get my money back.

    I requested several pest/disease identifications on Saturday and there’s still no response. Also, won’t let me update my profile or aces my credits, it says I’ve got over 100 credits but when I click on it all I get is a page telling me to sign in or sign up for premium, but I’m already signed in.... 🤔

    This is absolutely the best plant identification app (trust me, I’ve tried them all)! The experts always identity my plants so quickly. I love that it gives a synopsis about each plant identified as well! Totally worth the monthly subscription!

    I purchased this app because like hiking and sometimes I don't know the names of the plants I encounter. Very disappointed, one time the answer I got from this app was: broad leaf weed, pretty stupid answer. on another occasion instead of an answer they suggested to take the plant to a nursery for them to identity it for me. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to cancel this useless app. I will have to freeze my credit card instead, on top of that the bank charges me a foreign fee every month. I'm guessing this app is based in India or somewhere far far away. Now I am being charged twice a month instead of once.

    After messing with this app for days and using the super slow search feature to add plants to “my garden” I realize that after taking forever to add three plants, I had reached the maximum before having to sign up for a premium account. No thanks.
