If you use multiple platforms, iPhone and iPad for example, if you update a contact or any other data, it will not sync to the other platforms. This is really problematic, update a contact on your iPad and it’s not updated on your iPhone without exporting/importing data. This is unsat. I reported as a bug and a week later, not fixed and the company is clueless what how to fix it. Really? Look for another app.
  • How did I survive life before this app!!!?

    By Trekkie4lyfe
The best and greatest invention in the history of ever!!! Maybe that’s a slight exaggeration but in this day and age with so much life online and so many passwords to remember there is clearly only one way to function and that’s with a password locker app. I’m not sure if I could go without one now and idk how I went without one for as long as I did. I’ve tried a few of these things out (usually the free versions first). I almost never purchase app but this is the first one I paid for and I’m so glad I did. It’s easy to use and the templates make it a breeze to just plug info in and keep going with life. I have an iPhone and I like that if i need to login to an account, I can seamlessly jump from the login page, to the password locker, and back to the login page with just the touch of my thumbprint. You can put locker combinations for a gym locker or etc. you can add credit cards, WiFi router information, you can store passwords for banking/emails/etc. You can customize the icon decal with a picture from the web or your library so that you can more easily find your information. The app is heavily encrypted so pretty much no one/nothing is getting in. You can even set a logout timer so you can choose how long you want to stay logged in while the app is running in the background. There are quite a few options to lock the password locker app can choose a pin, a password, or a symbol combination to name a few. All in all this is a phenomenal app and I highly recommend it.

I would be lost without this App.
  • MVP app

I have been using oneSafe for a few years now and have sort of taken for granted how great it is. I now use it on my iPhone 8 and 1st gen iPad Pro. My mother-in-law (senior citizen) asked me to put a password manager on her device so after checking out some of the competition I am putting oneSafe on her iPad. The only problem I’ve had with passwords since downloading oneSafe is when I change a password and forget to update it in oneSafe.
  • App is fine

    By Wdav
App is fine, but, the greed of the developers is unbelievable! I purchased the first version. Now this is the third time I have had to PAY for an upgrade with them, and it isn’t worth the update price of $4 for what little difference there is. Of course if you try to be up to date they want every penny they can squeeze out of their long time customers. Sad they don’t recognize who supported them from the beginning. Soon they will choke the golden goose to death and lose supporters. This is the last update I’ll ever pay for!! I’ll take the trouble to migrate to another app.
  • Flexible and capable.

    By masterdad7479
One thing I love is the flexibility for defining passwords — you can let the tool do it or pick them yourself. Also love that I can save a unique icon for each which makes it easier to find in the wallet. Also flexibility for synching, and for saving off an encrypted archive in case of disaster. Only thing I don’t like is that it requires almost 60 seconds to open up the password database, but maybe it will be less once I upgrade my phone from my iPhone 6. I was hoping that the delay would be less when I upgraded from 3 to 4 but it was not improved.
  • These Guys Screwed Me

I’ll start by saying I love(d) OneSafe. Been using it for years. Excellent app for storing my many logins—until today. As usual, I went to log into OneSafe using TouchID as I have many times before. Instead of allowing me to proceed once I scanned my finger, it indicated I was required to enter my passcode. After a few tries and no alternative (NO forgotten password link, secret question, etc.) I looked it up on their website to find that unless I had previously set up the two secret questions (was never even an option when I first downloaded this app), for security reasons there was no way to retrieve your passcode. I had to delete and re-download the app. So I did. Except when I downloaded it the first time it was free...and now it’s $3.99. I considered skipping out and using another app instead, but I knew I had 90+ logins that I didn’t want to go through the trouble of locating again. So I bit the bullet and purchased the paid app. Once I logged in, I set up my account, “found” my previously saved info, but in order to access it I needed my passcode. Same problem as before, but $4 poorer. Brilliant way to scam me into deleting my free version of the app app and re-downloading the paid version instead. You kept me as a customer, but I’m still helpless without my passcode. How ironic. Thanks OneSafe.
  • Objective opinion

    By Great-Phoenix
Pros: 1- the app is very good as a safe to store hidden pictures especially it locks folders with passwords and it supports digital and face ids 2- the app allows to choose what pictures to show on Apple Watch which I haven’t seen in any other apps Cons: 1- the app doesn’t have counterparts that support other platforms which makes it useless as a password manger. (I recommend Roboform instead) 2- the app lacks live photos support (I recommend the app Secret Photo for that) 3- although the developer answers all emails he doesn’t integrate any suggestions in the updates. From his replies I understand he’s got the intention to include them in a future version where already paid users will have to pay again (this happened in version 4)
  • Not available on PC (2018)

I like this app and it’s interface, but I wish it had a desktop version for PC (One that would also have the passwords that you put in on your phone).

With the sheer volume of passwords required for a person to function in this modern world, OneSafe provides an easy and secure way to record and access them at will.
