Since I’ve started using this app I have been saving so much more every paycheck. It’s really amazing what budgeting can do. This app has a very simple interface that’s allows just about anyone to understand how to use it. The only thing I wish the app had was a way to budget bi-monthly. It would be a big improvement to have that option. Anyways this app was worth the download. I’m a dedicated EveryDollar user.
  • Solved the problem!!!!!!!!!

For the past 7 years I have been using another online app for budgeting. My biggest problem is my hubby gets paid on the last day of the month. I needed that paycheck for the next month but the other software wouldn’t do it. So frustrating! When I ordered my FPU home kit I received a code for the plus version free for a year. So i decided to give it a try and it has revolutionized my budget. My budget is simpler and the app is easier to use. WAY BETTER than the one that rhymes with Hint. Much more flexible and much easier to use. The only issue I have is it’s hard to tell what some of the charges when they are downloaded from my bank. Maybe if they could expand the number of characters shown, then I wouldn’t have to bounce back and forth from this app to bank app. Another thing that would be nice is Dave used to have recommended percentages for categories. It’s would be great to see how we are doing with those as well. We are winning with our budget this month and we usually are pretty bad at the December budget. This app makes it fun again!! Excellent job guys!
  • Love app wish it was iPhone X optimized

Love it but could you update the app to optimize it for the iPhone X display?
  • Good but needs some added features

I really like this app except it needs more options for people who get paid on a biweekly or weekly. It is great to see my overall monthly budget but I would like it to be able to show which paycheck is paying to what category. Everything is jumbled in all together as one month and I have to separate it out by labeling groceries 1, groceries 2 etc. even when I do that I still have to figure out how much of each paycheck can contribute to a category. It is really annoying. Through the Dave Ramsey Facebook groups, this is a common reason many choose not to use this app. I personally have to use this with Fudget, because every dollar has it where it has to be done on a monthly basis. It would be great if the developers could make it where a person could switch back and forth from monthly to pay period to get a complete view of where their money is going.

Best budget app out there, thank you!
  • Great app and concept but...

When I first got this app I thought it was miracle!! After many updates, it became more and more unreliable with the transactions sometimes not going through. I have been discouraged with it thinking i have recorded all of the transactions and later to find out that it didn’t record the transaction. This is month I started using another app that doesn’t require an online uploading in order to record transactions. If I had some suggestions for this app it would be, 1) Make an option to do transactions offline so I don’t have to worry if the transactions are recorded. 2) Add more languages (Chinese) 3) Make an account where you can synchronize your budget with your spouse on their phone so that you can track even when your not around and you can see who spent what?
  • Great app

I’ve tried them all (intuit, ewallet, etc.). They’re are either too complicated or insufficient. This app is simple and has everything I need!
  • Great for people new to budgeting!

I recently graduated from college and am going on month 6 of using this app. It has completely changed (and improved) the way I manage my money! Very easy to use with a beautiful interface. I’m not married and am the only person in my household, so I can’t speak to its ease of use where families or couples are concerned, but I am confident in my ability to handle money using this app. I use the free version, I should add, and I actually prefer the added accountability of manually adding expenses.
  • Life changer

  • Great Budgeting Tool!

I use only the free version. Things I love about this app that other financial apps don't do: Pros: -I LOVE the funds feature. I tried to do it with another app and it was always frustrating and not quite what I wanted. Here, it's simple and easy to use, and tracks what I need. BONUS: I made my next month's budget a little too early, and spent more from my funds in the current month. I double checked, and it adjusted my fund for the next month! I seriously have not found any other app that makes it so easy and being a nerd, I need my funds to work! -I like the layout to make sure I've given every dollar a name. I fill in and adjust my income and expenses for the month, see what's leftover and throw it toward our emergency fund. -my husband and I use this to both log in and see our budget and track our expenses, and it's helpful to keep us on the same page. -If you use cash for any of your budgets, I find this app to be very simple to enter and split receipts. Other apps, it seems, assume everyone always uses a card and I've found them to be clunky and difficult when dealing with cash. -I like the wheel that shows percentages of my expenses and where it goes. Our income fluctuates a lot, and that helps me see how we're doing based on %, even if my numbers are constantly changing. Cons: -having to manually enter all of my expenses. Feature I would need the pro version to have in order to decide to upgrade @$10/mo: -a scan receipt feature that pulls all of the information from the receipt, saves a picture of it, matches it to an expense pulled from a bank account, or adds it if no match (for cash transactions). I have this feature on my quickbooks app for my business and I love it. -the other must-have features I think are already built in. For me, the pro version is not worth $10/mo right now. But manually entering my expenses is worth it to me verses other apps I don't like as much.
