Drops is game-changing approach to language learning - quite literally. We took ‘boring’ out of vocabulary learning! Only 5 minutes a day: Drops limits your learning time to 5 minutes. This might sound crazy but works like charm. Learning a new language might feel overwhelming but by chunking down into 5-minute sprints, the barrier of entry is nonexistent. No excuses: you ALWAYS have 5 minutes! The time constraint induces ridiculous focus which further enhances the effectiveness of memorization. 100% Visual learning: Every single word is beautifully illustrated. Your eyes will appreciate the delicious pictures and your mind will store the new memories more efficiently: you won’t have use the word of your native language but connect the new words to the illustration of the meaning. Quicker, better and more fun! :) Effortless practice: We took a good look at why games are so fun and addictive and injected the essence into Drops to create not just a “gamified” learning app but a proper game experience! It is freakishly immersive but in this case you don’t waste your time playing instead you build a valuable asset: knowledge of a new language. Swipe based: We believe in quick pace and keyboard typing is anything but fast. Say hello to rapid swipes and taps! You’ll need those extra seconds to get the most out of your 5 minutes ;) Strategic vocabulary selection: The “what” is perhaps more important than “how”. We handpicked 1700+ practical words in 100 topics that you’ll actually use when you let’s say travel to a country where your new language is spoken. Forge learning habit: Drops wants to convert you into a learning addict. No matter how effective your learning tool is, if you don’t use it on a daily basis, it doesn’t really matter. Drops tricks your mind and you’ll be better for it! I’m sure you’ll love Drops as much as we enjoyed making it. If so, please leave us a review so we can make Drops even better! :) p.s.: We take full responsibility for the potential addiction to learning. ----------------- Keep tuned as even more languages are in the pipe! I am a beginner in learning Korean, I know a few words, but I’m not very good at memorizing. This app helped me memorized a lot of words right from the start!!! One of my favorites for learning Korean!

This app by itself won’t help you learn an entire language because its vocabulary oriented, and the annoying only five min time limit...but the reason it’s annoying is that this is one on very very very small amount of learning apps that I could play for hours because it’s genuinely fun!!! Though if your were planing on just paying for more I’ll sum the genius prices up for you at the end. If you want to learn a language on your own what I suggest is learning vocabulary on drops and grammar on doulingo and watching videos in that language...now hear me out. I know watching videos sounds lame but if you watch a show, movie, or even a small add it with help you understand common slag, accent, and speak patters! Not to mention raising your ability to actually understand what someone is saying, hearing a conversation between too native speakers is much different than an autogenerated voice and it really does help!!! Now on the subject of doulingo... personally learning vocabulary on doulingo is boring and not productive but I have to admit that it does a good job with grammar and add that with the aesthetically please and fun drops and you can learn a language in no time!!! I am already fluent in french and English -because of french-Italian immigrant dad- and since(I admit that I am only a freshman) I am taking the highest level of french I’m allowed to take at my school because of language requirements. Seeing as I know everything we are learning I take to helping my classmates out, were I learned what issues people have with learning a new language. So trust me when I say this combined with an app like doulingo and watching shows and movies in that language is the best way to learn a language by yourself, though dedication is needed!!! Ok now pricing for premium... All of the plans have the same ration of pricing so before the statistics and summaries of the premiums here’s suggestion on weather to get monthly yearly or lifetime plans: For monthly: Is this just for a little fun? Do you think maybe after 3-5 months you drop the app? Then all hell go for this! BUT remember that longer 6 months or your paying more than the entire yearly plan!!! Yearly: I’ll be honest this one is for students. If your a college or dedicated high school high school student learning multiple language for one school year, then this is for you!!! The yearly plan is only worth it for one year so any more and I would go for lifetime Lifetime: Love the app? Would you use it for over a year? 2? 3? Then by all mean get this! It takes dedication though!!! This is definitely the best one for really dedicated people and people who actually plan on going to a country where the language is spoken Ok now... POLYGLOT: Polyglot is genius only for all languages instead of just one so if your on this for a specific language I don’t suggest it. If you have your heart set on this though, might want to think about how long your using it. Price per year: -monthly plan: $156!!! -yearly plan: $80 -lifetime: $100 GENIUS: Personally I believe genius is the best one. It’s more affordable and practical than polyglot because not many people want to dedicate money and time to more than one new language. I %100 suggest this one but still think about how long you’ll use it!!! Price per year: -monthly plan: $96! -yearly plan: $51 -lifetime: $65 CURIOUS: Honestly...it’s not worth it...at all. Fifteen minutes isn’t worth paying for. I’ll give the statistics but I would only use this if I’m just want to learn a little for maybe a month. Price per year: -monthly plan: $36 -yearly plan: $18 -lifetime: $24 P.S. if you are doubting the authenticity of this review because of my age I may want to add my IQ is 154 and I already have college offers so don’t doubt my intelligence or comprehension of this topic please!!
