Over 21 million people have signed up for Bumble to start building valuable relationships, finding friends, and making empowered connections. Creating new connections has never been easier. Bumble is working to lift the stigma of online dating by employing unprecedented standards for respectful behavior. Because of this relentless dedication, millions of people are using Bumble to build valuable relationships every single day. DATE, MEET FRIENDS, NETWORK Bumble is at the forefront of matchmaking technology by providing an app that allows users to foster more than just romantic connections. The industry-leading app empowers users to swipe through potential connections across three different modes: Bumble: On Bumble, women make the first move. We’ve changed the archaic rules of the dating game so that you can form meaningful relationships in a respectful way. Bumble BFF: Life is better with friends. Whether you’re new to a city or looking to expand your circle, Bumble BFF is the easiest way to make new friends. Bumble Bizz: Now we’re in business. Use Bumble Bizz to network, find mentors, and create new career opportunities. Bumble is the first app of its kind to bring dating, friend-finding, and career-building into a single social networking platform. CHANGING THE RULES OF THE GAME At Bumble, women make the first move. In heterosexual matches, the woman has 24 hours to make the first move and the man has 24 hours to respond. In same-sex matches, either person has 24 hours to make the first move, while the other individual has 24 hours to respond, or else, the connection expires. By prompting our users to be bold and make the first move we’ve seen over 3 billion messages sent to date. THE BUZZ IS REAL "Bumble exists to empower women..." (Fast Company) "Bumble is just an app: but it's changing the discussion." (Wired) "Bumble offers an alternative that prioritises meaningful connections, with women calling the shots:" (UK Sunday Times) "Bumble rejects hate speech to make users feel safe on its dating app" (Texas Standard) "What makes Bumble different from other dating apps...is its focus on giving women all the power. • Beware

    By Jordan Sable
They say they don’t share fb info. When I look at certain profiles it will show what FB friends you have in common. All while on my FB I have my friends list hidden which means the other person can clearly see the same thing I see of theirs. So in fact they DO use your fb info in that form and who knows what else?? I deleted my acct and you should too if you don’t want strangers knowing your business. All I had to do was look up the friend in common and found their name, job on their profile etc
  • Led to some great conversations!

My experience with Bumble has been overall very positive. After trying Tinder for about a week and finding that a lot of those conversations were very shallow I gave Bumble a shot, and found that the women I connect with are often, like me, looking for a more long-term thing. I deducted one star each for the following reasons: 1) They don’t seem to do any filtering for accounts that are not actively used. I’ve run into profiles of friends of mine who’ve been in relationships for over a year - and I don’t imagine they’d been on Bumble in all that time. If they were to account for frequency of profile usage in their matching algorithms I’m sure it would lead to more matches 2) The fact that they’ve mandated that you’re not allowed to have a picture of yourself with a gun. I’m not a gun owner, I’ve only shot guns once in my life, so this isn’t personal to me, but to say that this was motivated by the idea that “we want to keep Bumble a safe environment for our users” implies heavily that “if you like guns you’re not safe.” That’s honestly ridiculous, and if your users have any issue with guns they can express that by sliding their thumb in a given direction.
  • Don’t waste your money

    By Petersen4
The paid version of the app doesn’t offer much more than the free version. You don’t have room to write much about yourself, so swipes are based on how well you take a selfie. Once you swipe right on someone’s photo, you don’t have the option of going back to look at the profile unless they swipe right on you as well. And with only 24 hours to respond to a like, you need to check the app regularly or miss out on a potential match. If you somehow make the mistake of paying to use this app (I already warned you not to waste your money!) don’t even think about asking for a refund. They won’t prorate, they don’t care about your complaints, they hold on to every dollar and basically say “screw you.” There are much better dating apps out there. USE THEM, not this. UPDATE: I deleted this app from my phone, but since I couldn’t get a refund, I reloaded it and decided to give it another chance. Big mistake. Now the app doesn’t recognize that I’m a subscriber. People in my match que are fuzzed out and if I click on them, it’s asking me to PAY AGAIN for a Bumble Boost. I emailed the company and they still haven’t responded. What a surprise. So I can’t get a refund, and I can’t use the app without paying again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BUMBLE.

  • “No gun pictures”

Stop involving politics. Not everyone is anti-gun. Other than that it’s a decent app.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. This app is 100% a scam. This app is set up to rip off its users at all costs. First off, when you try to access a part of the app that is for premium members(ie. rematching with someone) a separate screen will pop up asking you to buy their premium service for $80 and they make it so it’s extremely easy to accidentally go through with this purchase. This happened to me and happened to 100s of others who have shown their frustration on the internet. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS MONEY TRAP. JUST USE TINDER LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.
  • Most girls don’t like to talk first.

    By taytay850
Wish that not just the girls can write each someone after they became a match. But it’s still good.
