Over 21 million people have signed up for Bumble to start building valuable relationships, finding friends, and making empowered connections. Creating new connections has never been easier. Bumble is working to lift the stigma of online dating by employing unprecedented standards for respectful behavior. Because of this relentless dedication, millions of people are using Bumble to build valuable relationships every single day. DATE, MEET FRIENDS, NETWORK Bumble is at the forefront of matchmaking technology by providing an app that allows users to foster more than just romantic connections. The industry-leading app empowers users to swipe through potential connections across three different modes: Bumble: On Bumble, women make the first move. We’ve changed the archaic rules of the dating game so that you can form meaningful relationships in a respectful way. Bumble BFF: Life is better with friends. Whether you’re new to a city or looking to expand your circle, Bumble BFF is the easiest way to make new friends. Bumble Bizz: Now we’re in business. Use Bumble Bizz to network, find mentors, and create new career opportunities. Bumble is the first app of its kind to bring dating, friend-finding, and career-building into a single social networking platform. CHANGING THE RULES OF THE GAME At Bumble, women make the first move. In heterosexual matches, the woman has 24 hours to make the first move and the man has 24 hours to respond. In same-sex matches, either person has 24 hours to make the first move, while the other individual has 24 hours to respond, or else, the connection expires. By prompting our users to be bold and make the first move we’ve seen over 3 billion messages sent to date. THE BUZZ IS REAL "Bumble exists to empower women..." (Fast Company) "Bumble is just an app: but it's changing the discussion." (Wired) "Bumble offers an alternative that prioritises meaningful connections, with women calling the shots:" (UK Sunday Times) "Bumble rejects hate speech to make users feel safe on its dating app" (Texas Standard) "What makes Bumble different from other dating apps...is its focus on giving women all the power. • Weird algorithm - not really matching with many people

    By Somekidfromaplace
There's something weird about the algorithm used to match people up on here. I know I sound like an egomaniac, but I'm probably more attractive than 90ish% of people (don't worry I still judge myself alllways), yet I barely ever match up on bumble. On the flip side, Tinder has a like-limit yet somehow I've already talked and met with more people through said app than Bumble (which allows unlimited likes). Something's off about the app for sure. I have ~15 matches on bumble and over 50 on tinder (more attractive, too) and I've spent wayyy more time on Bumble and swiped right on hundreds more people. Oh, also, I've seen the same profiles multiple times - I think it's a glitch but who knows, could just be to make the app look more active. Bumble's auto-photo repositioning and moderation features are beyond irritating. I have a photo somewhat zoomed out to show my arm's tattoo (some folks like that sorta thing) and Bumble automatically crops and zooms in the photo so it's wayyyy too much face and not much arm hahaha. So. Irritating. My forehead's already a little thiqq, Bumble, we don't need a closeup ;). Finally, their rules for keeping photos "modest" are weirdly puritan, considering the nature of the app. "No shirtless pictures or bikini pictures unless it's in the appropriate context." Dog, really? It should be our choice how we display ourselves. I mean, I get you don't want any "bent-over-spreading-butthole" pictures but y'all are drawing the line a little prematurely - we're all adults on the app. I get the intent but the app just feels a little pretentious (especially with the whole "ladies message first cos guys r pigs" logic). Yooo shouts out to the Bumble BFF portion of the app, though - that's a pretty rad idea and I appreciate it greatly! Boy if this review isn't bipolar...
  • BFF feature is a great idea but..

I’m in a relationship already but when I learned this app had an option for friends, I had to try it out. It’s easy to use and fun to meet new people, but hard to initiate the first conversation. Oh Hey Vina! (An app very similar to this) it prompts the user after a match to say hi and make plans right away. It’s a simple reminder but I seem to have better results with that kind of eliminating the awkwardness.
  • Crashing instead of bumbling

DESTROYED my phone. Bogged it down so much I had to replace it. Then it did the same thing to the second phone. Just get tinder instead.
  • Guys are hot but they never respond

I have an iPhone 7 Plus and this app freezes non stop. I’ve tried closing the app and restarting, hard resets, closing all opened apps, reinstalling the app. It does not matter. All other apps work on my phone just fine.

  • Great !

Great...course this is tons of work and you have to talk to a few different people constantly to find the right one....worth meeting up on a date then pray to god the date goes well. It’s kind of a ton of work. But a good app.
  • Do not download!

This app doers not have many members and they charge you for stupid things. It's weird guys on here. The range of different men is slim to none. Don't waste your time. They still charged me for a membership fee after I deleted it a week before. iTunes put the charge back! This app is crappy.

Never do reviews unless it is worth it and the sites not that bad. Met some nice people on here but not the one yet. Tinder reminds me of a meat market.

I got the profile set up, but then I tried to put a photo on there (tried both Facebook and phone photos), and it wouldn’t ever pull up the photo, so I’m stuck on that page and can’t do anything on the app
