  • Horrible waste of time

Version 2.0.3 kept crashing when I try to set content filtering. Then on the same day, ver 2.1 was released and it still crashes multiple times when attempting to set up the content filtering. I’m on an iPhone 7 with iOS 11.0.3. Huge waste of time.

As the title says. Everything is working pretty well now, except that I still have issues when attempting to delete time limitation schedules on my iPhone 7 Plus (updated to latest iOS, always), and when I change the schedules. Oftentimes, I’ll input a schedule and then watch it change to some random times/days before my eyes as it posts. Oftentimes time limit schedules don’t properly sync between iPhone app and website. Frustrating. Will call Verizon, again.

I’ve had this service/App for a while and seen many updates; however, the app still crashes when scrolling between days. For a paid service through Verizon, one would expect the app to work properly. I am less than impressed. This app failure is indicative of Verizon’s care overall. Cellular services and options are high priced and overall lacking customer care. I think after 10+ years of loyalty to Verizon its time to go elsewhere for cheaper prices /comparable services. Verizon’s monopoly mindset is ruining what once was a decent company.

I am not sure I have this “updated” version cause every time I go into this app it’s not long and it blinks out or it’s not getting all info as far as phone calls and text I know for a fact my husbands line had some text yesterday from me but it’s not showing he did so im gonna do a IOS update to fix them “bugs” and see if that helps hopefully it will and cause I love it 👍🏻

Me and my sister did nothing to our mother and then one day she is trying to tack us with this bull crap. This shouldn’t even be a thing because there is apple family, and you can just offload the app so that the app doesn’t track you that’s really easy. Think Verizon. Please delete this off the App Store.

I'm giving this a 2 Star, due to the fact that I can not see text messages through the app. Unable to disable from my phone for my children's phone. For instance no calls from 10:00pm- 0600 for children's phone yet they still receive text messages during the night. I would like to be able to read text messages even if the children delete the messages and go see picture messages as well. Also blocking numbers is truly a hassle if the child does not have an iPhone. Children should not be able to delete the app either.
  • Not trustworthy!

I thought developers were smart? This app is junk. Hardly works for many features! And this is a subscription app!!! You can’t create or delete time setting - it just doesn’t work! It’s not tracking how much data/text/calls used like it’s supposed to — always says no calls or texts, when I know it’s not true. If all features don’t work, the whole app is useless because it can’t be trusted. And as another reviewer stated, what is the point of this app if the child can disable/delete it?
  • Please fire whoever wrote this app

I know good and well that my kids are getting more than 3 texts each a day. Even my texts to them during school hours don’t show up. WHY AM I PAYING YOU EXTRA FOR THIS SERVICE?! I already pay for extra data and I should be able to divide it out as I see fit without paying extra. If this app worked like it should I might not be so butt hurt over the xtra charge. And now it keeps crashing! I’m tempted to visit the local Sprint store.
