  • Used to love it

    By Mamajane1234
I'm not sure what changed but this is not working like it use to. It puts strange words in all the time. I used to be able to go fast and it would be very accurate. Not so much more.
  • Out of Date

    By Fukushima cooker
It used to work and I loved it. But it's not keeping up with the latest iOS operating systems. My keyboard keeps disappearing, leaving only a blank, useless space. Sadly, I was forced to delete it. Now my keyboard works again.
  • Worst keyboard

    By Cadavg
The people that made this are pathetic. Find the most common words and put them up front. Your algorithm is fuckt.
  • Five stars relative to all other keyboards

    By soshines
I was scared away by the low star score on this app and went with several other swiping keyboards (following my good experience with Swype on Android) until settling for the Google gboard. After getting sick of gboard's unintuitive features I decided to take the plunge on Swype again and it's like coming back home. I have no idea why it gets so few stars on the app store. It's the fastest and smartest learning keyboard out there and should be at least 4 stars average. I'm giving it five because although no keyboard apps are perfect, relative to other brands on the app store this one is a dream. For reference, I swiped this whole paragraph out in a couple minutes with no annoying problems from Swype.
  • Terrible

    By Distortusmaximus
Horrible. Android version is great. This one is terrible
  • Unresponsive

    By NotAFanOfSwype
This keyboard is unresponsive. It is not worthy anymore. Very annoying! Developers this is $0.99? I wouldn't even buy this piece of crap if unresponsive.
  • Please update!

    By brrrrrrrrrrrrrandi
I love Swype and am dying having to use the iPhone keyboard but Swype will not work after the newest update. Please help!
  • Abandoned Support

    By CJ Maje
This app no longer works after the Apple updates. The keyboard I purchased does not appear. Words "incorrect" themselves three words after you type them. Previous features are no longer available, and it does not connect to the server. This is a dead app do not buy.
  • App too distracted on developing new features

    By Kodestar
Instead of trying to support all these new features like emojis, themes, etc, focus on stabilizing your main feature: a functioning keyboard that uses swiping gestures. Rein it in for a bit, regroup, and focus your devs on a bevy of backlogged bugs, not features.
  • Almost there

I've used Swype for many years. On the Android system it was top notch. I could use it easily with minor complaints about auto correcting. The iPhone version is a little painful. Anytime I enter my email address, it automatically puts a space after the @ symbol. Also, when entering numbers it doesn't stay on the number pad. I also noticed that the emoji screen offered doesn't have all the emojis as when using the iPhone keyboard. It would be nice to be able to "talk to text" also without changing keyboards. These minor changes would improve the product. That being said, I'm not willing to go back to the stock keyboard. Who really wants to use their thumbs?
