  • Freezes

I don’t know how many times I have to keep saying this but this app needs a major reboot. It use to work perfectly fine but now all it does is freeze. It doesn’t work on my iPhone 8 nor the iPad Air. Please fix this thing already!!! Please!
  • Perfect except one HUGE thing to me

I absolutely loved using this app. I liked it much better than the Apple-installed Calendar app. However, I went back to the Apple Calendar app because I had not realized before how frequently I check my phone to see what the date is. The Apple Calendar app icon always shows the current date. The Google Calendar app icon just shows the same logo at all times. I missed being able to see the date immediately upon seeing my home screen so much that I returned to using the Apple Calendar despite otherwise loving the Google Calendar app.
  • Needs refinement.

This app is incredibly slow when first opened. I don’t know what takes it so long to load. It almost looks like it goes online every time to get a live feed, as if there’s no stored calendar data within the app. I wish there were an option for iOS app notifications for Google Calendar reminders in addition to calendar appointments. What the point o a reminder if it never reminds you? I do really like the month view in Google calendar vs the iOS calendar. It’s nice to be able to see the small appointments on the Mo the month view versus the iOS calendar that shows you nothing. I’m not a fan of the day view. I like the iOS day view better where it shows the time scale and gives you a better visual of time between appointments.

Don’t let Apple outsmart you, put the actual date on the app like Apple does! Lol

  • a lil buggy but good

love it but it doesn’t always sync correctly to my desktop, very often I see incorrect times between the iOS app and the desktop browser version very useful though..
  • Unimpressed

Surprising that Google can’t seem to figure this out. I put something on one calendar and can’t add it to another or switch it? Can’t access some settings on mobile? Tried setting up an event to repeat M&W for 3 weeks and ended up with phone rage. Never had that before. Is it treatable? Prevention is the best cure. Switched to a new app.
  • Good but there are limitations

    By Putmann
I like the Google Calendar app interface and I like the Google footprint. However, the app limits you to 2 years of older events on iOS. I grab older events by leaving the native iOS calendar active in the background.
  • Core features missing, especially for business use

Can’t add additional invites to meetings from app Overlapping meetings are not visualized well. Difficult to figure out what meetings are next when double/triple booked. Need a similar experience to web. There needs to be an Apple Watch widget. As an alternative, the Apple Calendar integration can make invites appear on the Apple Watch but the problem is that old deleted invites in google calendar still appear on Apple calendar, and ultimately on the Apple Watch.
  • Improve needed!

Please make the icon app to show the day of the week and the number of the day also. This way is way easier to check that info without having to open the application. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Thanks
