This app is simple to use and the workout program actually gets me results, even motivated to go back to the gym. Developers did an excellent job creating this app Outstanding app ***** by Gene Gunz Excellent and indeed futuristic design, extremely easy to use. Unlike most fitness apps, bau5 actually turns itself into your personal trainer by taking you step-by-step through every workout. Pretty amazing stuff. I haven't seen anything like it before. Most of all, even for someone seasoned like myself, I found the training routines pretty intense and on point. Great job. A++++ Effective!!! ***** by Vlavsky I've been using this app for about a month. So far I am seeing much better progress then I have with any traditional routines I have tried in the past. It tells you exactly what to do (weight, # of sets and reps and times you). The timer is great, gives you that extra push when you need it most. Best I've tried, highly recommend it!!!

Simply, the best workout app!!! Sure it has room for improvement but I've already had significant amount of progress and it's only been a few weeks. I can't wait for updates and different routines perhaps? 🙌🏼💪🏼🏋🏻‍♀️
  • Very Rushed

I love the workouts this app gives me, but I hate that there is no option to pause the workout. Example: after a heavy final set of squat, I have only 90 seconds to refill my water bottle, re-rack weight, find the next machine and get ready before it’s already time to go again. It is very rushed and I feel like that can cause injury. You have the option to skip the exercise if you’re feeling any discomfort, but I would rather focus on the exercise than to rush myself and finish in the time it gave me. Also, if you have a workout partner, this isn’t a great app for the two of you too go off.

Why i love this app: It started with bench press with no weight(20 reps) then 25 on each side(17 reps) then 45 on each side 10(reps) then it spiked up to 45 + 25 + 10 on each side for 5 reps but i weight 140 and I'm 19 and i cant even do that yet i don't even think with a spotter but if you turn down the reps in the bottom to zero and swipe right it tells you why you did no reps and i choose it was to heavy and it fixed it the next time which i loved. - Try it you'll like it

Been using the app for a few months and I am overall very happy with it. It does repeat the same exercises but by doing so I was able to put on more weight on the bar. Pretty flexible in how it lets you manage the workload passing. I encountered an issue with the app but the people in support were prompt to respond and fix it.

I'd consider myself a moderate lifter and wanted to find something to switch up my routine and this app caught my eye. Although I was very intrigued the first two weeks or so the workouts kept getting repetitive and you're not getting much of a variety of exercises for each muscle group. I could see this app being highly beneficial for beginners or novice individuals but past that you're not going to get much growth due to the low volume of each muscle group within each workout. Just my opinion.
  • It’s a great app BUT

It’s a great app has huge potential BUT if I have to close grip bench 295 for 6 again I’m going to snap my elbow. I train hard An I train heavy but I have never done bench 3 days in a row along with arms. Then for rdl the app says I was to strong an stops at 375 for 6 reps. Has great potential but needs work cmon guys.

I hit the regularly and I consider my self a physically fit individual. The weight jumps were ridiculous. All that information input at the set up didn't seem to matter. Overall, it's didn't show me anything I didn't know and was only a challenge for the weight I can't rep correctly. Three stars for user friendly, clean look and the timer was beneficial but the workout it's self didn't make much sense to me.
  • Good and Bad.

Despite the lack of variation, I really enjoy this app! It allows me to focus on lifting instead of thinking about what I am going to do next, therefore minimizing unnecessary gaps between set. On the other hand, the algorithm does seem a bit off at times and there need to be a good 4-5 more exercises thrown in on different days. Soooooo bench heavy...
  • This app doesn’t work properly I want a refund

This app need so much work is not flexible and when you try to adjust your input the only choice is to stop the workout you can be injured pretty quick
  • A great option for new guys

It does pretty much everything besides putting your weights back on. I would love to see more workouts added.
