"DISTRACTION FREE" -, 4 stars ***Reached top 100 in several countries*** Introducing the new day planner - a distraction free way to stay productive! Carpe streamlines the process of planning out a chunk of time with an app that fits in the palm of your hand. Notifications, a progress bar, and a timeline then keep you on track. You will know what you're supposed to be doing, and how much longer you should be doing it. With Carpe, getting distracted will be harder than ever. ***Fast*** Form follows function, and this is true for Carpe. Add items onto your list in a few taps. Shortcuts allow you to add events with commonly used intervals instantly. *** Simple*** An app is as good as its design, and Carpe knows that. Not a single line has been added where it shouldn’t be. Anyone using the app for the first time will be instantly familiar. ***Custom*** What about a system of 20 minute breaks combined with periods of focus? Yep, Carpe supports that. A fan of the Pomodoro technique? Carpe has your back.

  • If I could give it less than one star...

This app is terrible. It won't let you plan ahead. You have to enter in the tasks every single day even if they're recurring. When it says simple it means it there's only like two buttons. Also when I just tried to post this review it got deleted (twice now) so we'll see if this one sticks around. I wish I could return it for my money back and I only got it 10 minutes ago. Don't waste your money.

not sure what the point of this app is. it's a timed to do list with no reminders and then when the time allotted for completion is over it just disappears off the list so you can't review whether you accomplished things or not, or use it as any historical record.

This app is exactly what I was looking for in a task organizer. I only needed the time and the task to organize my day. 9am, Move boxes. 10:30am, Assemble desk. 1:00pm, Wash truck. 2:30pm, Put files away. There is nothing more to it than that.
  • Worst spend $1.99 ever!

It literally has nothing. Takes your time to input your "schedule" and that's it. There are no alarms or vibrations. I feel jupped for buying this app and have instead set sime alarms on my phone to keep our homeschoolers on track, going subject to subject. Don't waste your money.
  • The most simple task manager I could ask for

Very straight forward to use with minimal complexity. Avoids the frustration of being cluttered with features that can be distracting rather than useful. I highly recommend this app to college students!
  • Not worth it, even if it were free.

    1. So basic of a design, it provides next to no added benefit. 2. It takes one accidental swipe of your finger in the wrong place ("clear") and without notice, all of your tasks are gone. 3. Changing the time (because it's not intuitive enough) from AM to PM or the reverse is an annoying task and eats time from productivity making the app essentially useless. I disliked the app within minutes of paying for it. Save your $.
  • Takes away a lot of fuss👏👏👏

This app is very simple, and I think it has the right idea. It streamlines your planning into a very simple process, that other planning apps cease to realize is a good thing. Saves time quickly and efficiently. In the future, with a better icon, and customization, this app would be even more time-saving. This app is already great, and with future updates, it could get even better.
