Not only does Tocomail make it difficult to unsubscribe, but they keep billing you after. The customer service is non existent. I wish I could give 0 stars

  • Good Email but Bad App

This email is great for monitoring kid’s emails, but the touch on the Mailbox screen is off. For example, if I try to tap an email it will select the one below it. This makes me have to click above the email I want every time. Very frustrating. Please fix. I reinstalled the app like you suggested and this fixed the problem. Thank you!

Love this app. It’s like training wheels for pre teens to learn responsible texting

I am really satisfied with this app, they keep making awesome updates, I have been using this app for 4 years and hadn't had a problem. The premium features are great!!
  • Don't Update

*Updated Review 7/5 The automatic login was fixed! Unfortunately there is an annoying, more minor problem with a new feature Tocomail released, if someone sends you a link, and you click on it, it will open inside the Tocomail app, instead of taking you out, to Safari or otherwise. That would be ok, but it doesn't work all the time and we always get half the screen showing it, and the bottom half doesn't. It's annoying, and I wish they would just fix it, or take you to Safari again. Old Review: The most recent update (as of 5/10) makes your child sign in every single time you open the app. It was great, BEFORE the update. Now if you swipe out, you have to log in again. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

The app has everything and is creative but needs a iTunes card to send email monthly or yearly

Great concept, I was hopeful based on reviews. Interface very confusing as you have sent and received messages in the same box. Hard for a seven-year-old who is new to email to use the product. Not sure what the concept was including both in the same box, but as an adult I find it very confusing

I've been using tocomail online and on the app. Somehow, the app deletes itself then takes almost a month to download again. It will not let me delete it either. Waste of time and storage.
