    Ordered 3 times (yes I’m an idiot) from this worthless service before I called it quits. Twice yes TWICE left the food in the lobby WITHOUT CALLING ME and the food was stolen. When I called to report they said I should have called the driver. THERE IS NO NUMBER FOR THE DRIVER you morons. Third time I got Chinese food instead of pizza and they refuse to refund. STARVE before you even think about this joke of a company. Report to the Better Business Bureau!!!

    Tips should be given after the service is complete not before. There’s no way to get past the order screen without tipping first!?! No service industry works the way this app is setup. Ultimately bad dashers get tipped for bad service and good dashers don’t make what they should. Post mates allows to tip after the service is performed as well as a rating...the way it should be.

    My order was missing a $2+ item. I submitted a ticket, which now says resolved. No refund, no contact, nothing. Not worth the risk. I will not be using this service again, and will discourage others from doing so until they develop a better response to customer issues.

    Overall good experience. The only issue I have is most restaurants I can’t customize order. Get message saying the restaurant doesn’t allow it. I want to order the food the way I want it.

    I used to like this app not anymore. The guy delivering told me he was gonna be late and so I waited 30 minutes for him pick up the food. He never did. Unbelievable with their drivers. Never using this app again. I’m gonna stick with Uber Eats. Smh

    Three weeks ago I ordered dinner through Doordash. The food was never delivered yet my credit card was charged TWICE (over $80). I called support the next day and was told there was nothing they could do for me. I’ve sent in three additional support requests and have received no response. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company. This is absolutely unacceptable.

    On top of delivery fees there are service fees that were not known about when ordering. The service fees are actually new.
