    For the second time DoorDash confirmed my order then cancelled it 1 hours 15 minutes later at 10 in the night saying it is cancelled and if I have a problem I should take it up with the restaurant. They also hung up after talking rudely when I enquired more.

    After receiving my order I noticed i didn’t get my drink, I then texted the driver and they came back and then noticed my food was incorrect. Now the frustrating part is after talking to customer service waiting over an hour the only thing they could offer is for them to re-deliver the food at no extra cost meaning they wouldn’t charge for the re-delivery? So why the hell would I want to pay someone to order my food and deliver/order it incorrect and be waiting AGAIN!! after telling this to customer service she hung up on me!! I will not be using this app any more and will not recommend it to anyone just because customer service couldn’t even do what there supposed to!! I am I business person and when or if i or my team make a mistake I will own up to it and at that point take care of my customer offering any solution in their favor and or my expense to make up for the mistake... not say that will do it over and we the best we can do is not charge u for it and yes you will have to wait!! I hope this helps whoever is charge cause I would be sitting down with my team to make sure this doesn’t happen EVER again !!

    After waiting over an hour and a half for delivery I only came to find out that my order was not placed after I chatted with an agent . this is my first time using this particular service and my expectation was extremely low I will never use this app again and I only wish that I have read the reviews before I made a purchase.

    When I order from 5 guys Doordash often cancels my order. I think it’s due to the amount of options they offer on their burgers. Usually have to put the order in a few times for them to put the order through.

    After over an hour from ordering our food, we get a call that says our food is not deliverable. After discussing it with the agent I ask for a supervisor who stated his name is Phillip and everyone knows him, yet he will refund us the cost of our dinner... you mean I get my money back for food I didn’t receive? Isn’t that what should automatically happen? He then told me the fact that our dinner is not delivered is not their problem. If I were you, I would use Grubhub... the customer service provided is the worst I have ever been involved with. I had high hopes for them and they really missed the mark. Phillip stated he is one of the heads of customer service, yet he really didn’t offer any solutions. I’m very disappointed.

    We placed 4 orders with door dash over the last 24 hours. Dinner last night was delivered with no problems. Today, our lunch was canceled as the restaurant did not have our items. The two places we tried to order from for dinner both had issues—neither place was taking orders, which we weren’t made aware of until 45 min-1 hour after we placed the order and were expecting food to soon be delivered. When we told the Door Dash rep about our issues, all she did was apologize and offer a refund. I feel like for messing up 3 x in one day, you should probably be giving me some credits to work with for wasting my time. I’ll be sticking with Waitr and Uber Eats.

    This app repeatedly shows restaurants with “Free Delivery” that are anything but. It’s not stale data, it’s just a lie, stating Free on one screen and $4.99 on the next one. I don’t like being lied to.

    App seems to be having a ton of connectivity issues as of late and gives inaccurate updates on location.
