  • Good but needs a few improvements

    By FR!TZ
Overall it’s good. I’d rather pay $3 for this than those other apps where you need a monthly plan. My biggest qualm with this app is the rest timer alarm. There’s no way to adjust the volume in comparison with your music, so most of the time I can not hear it. I’d also like to see a more obvious method to denoting supersets without just having to remember it yourself, but that’s not a big deal for me as I don’t have much trouble remembering. I’m also pretty sure they stopped doing anything with this app years ago, so I don’t think there will be any further improvements unfortunately.
  • Not user friendly

I love the simplistic design, but it is very difficult to navigate, specifically trying to delete and reorder items. I messed around with it for about 10 minutes and found it horribly frustrating to operate.
  • Gestures crash the app

    By dgrnbrg
When trying to use any swiping gestures in the app, it crashes. The database is also inaccessible. Barely useful.

The description says it has a list of exercises to build from. It’s doesn’t. Update - I think the problem might be that the app is optimized for a shorter screen? Since iPhone X has been out for months could you update please?
  • Don’t get this

    By BaneGates
This app had awesome potential, but the developers have abandoned the app entirely. It glitches out since recent updates, you can’t even contact the developer on any of their contact lists.
  • Takes some getting used to

I like the concept of the app, but it takes some getting used to in order to create your own routines. I've had to recreate my routines a couple of times because as I add new ones it either deletes or overwrites my existing ones. It could provide better analytics instead of just summary # of days and total weight lifted. Fun stats, but better details would be great. Even comparison of weight lifted by date would help determine strength gain. An option to share routines with workout partners would be great instead of having to manually load the routine. A canned database of exercises would also make building routines faster and easier. Custom timer countdown between

So far I find it useful to keep track of my lifts and organize workouts. Not sure yet what I think about it statistical functions. But as a long term organizer it seems pretty effective.

This app hasn't been updated in over two years. If they put better statistical analysis in the app and made it more compatible with iPhone 6 and 7 models it would be fantastic
  • Great logbook

I was a little bit skeptical purchasing this app at first. Most of these were a let down with pre-populated workouts without the ability to customize the names. This app is by far the best one I have tried so far. It does everything I want it to, in an easy format, that is editable if you make a mistake. Great app!
