  • Saving is still broken

    By Ziltama
This app would work so much better if it actually saves your progress. It’s still broken after many updates. At least include an option to unlock everything as well as to download all the chapters with one click.
  • Awesome app

I've used this app for few years and my students love it. It's engaging and because the activities are so diverse, even the younger students, with low work stamina, are able to complete them. Love, love, love Hooked on Phonics!
  • Not everything I'd hoped...

    By TrixieNights
Overall it's an ok app. I haven't had any technical issues as of yet. However, I do not understand the point of having separate kid profiles and then having a joint bookshelf. I'd like to keep track of what each kid has read.
  • Aggravating

I have a current subscription and yet it say expired I go to click on the free trial it says my subscription is current. I try to load the next chapter and nothing happens. I use this as an additionally learning tool and I may have to look somewhere else for it. If fixed I would be glad to up the rating.

  • What happened to the other app??

    By Ney True
I purchased the app before and it looks like you've removed it from the App Store then redeveloped it making this one??? Now, I'm unable to open the old app up or restore purchase in this new version??!? Where does that leave users with the old app????
  • wish they would fix problems

    By Momstephs
Been on for a year and my kid hates it because it never saves work so he never completes units. I don't mind making him redo stuff occasionally because practice is good. But after a year of complaints you would think they would just fix the app. Yes I contacted support several times. I'm a parent, I don't have time to constantly ask you to fix something I pay for.
  • Buggy

    By BenSS
We've had this app a couple years. Last summer I downloaded an update and my expensive lifetime subscription disappeared. Choosing the restore option didn't work and I had to contact support to get it fixed. This summer it stopped saving my daughter's progress. I called support and they suggested we log out each time she uses it. Meanwhile the log off option is locked under parent controls. After I insisted on talking to someone else, the support person came back to say it should save progress as long as we log out and back in once. When I logged out, I couldn't get back in. I tried resetting my password three times, but the webpage to enter a new password doesn't work. I had to call support again and they had to reset it for me. Now we're waiting to see whether this even fixes the issue with saving progress. This is an expensive product to be so buggy.
  • Great Content but does not keep progress

    By Pilot Fab
The App has a great content; however, it does a lousy job keeping track of the progress. We have read one complete section to find out the next day shown as incomplete. It is very frustrating especially for the kids that wants to work with App by themselves.
