This app is extremely useful to me! I won't repeat what others have said in previous reviews, however it would be nice if there was a way to tell the app which car is being driven- as soon as the trip starts. I use two vehicles and as a result, my miles recorded on this app will never add up in a way that will equal the odo readings on either vehicle. Maybe in the future.

The only thing that you have to remember is that sometimes your employer will question a drive that has a starting location city and an ending location city where the mileage does not add up. This will only happen if you stop to pick A client up without stopping the vehicle for 5 to 10 minutes. For example, I drove from Costa Mesa to San Clemente to Laguna Beach California and it said 50 miles but all that my employer saw was starting city Costa Mesa ending city of Laguna Beach which is only a 17 mile drive. Other than that this app has saved me so much time and data entry

Update: Not surprised at all that soon after Microsoft acquired this, I lost my 30% monthly discount. Conveniently, they claim it was only for the first year. Anyone know of a replacement solution for this? Previous still occurring issue: Last night, I did 6 Uber fares in an hour. MileIQ classified it as one drive because of the short or no breaks in between fares. There needs to be a manual split or start/stop button to make this useful for rideshare drivers. Otherwise, this will never provide 100% legitimate calculations for IRS deductions. Driving out to where you start to take fares, driving home after your shift, and driving around before you get another fare request are technically not deductible. With the extreme popularity of ride sharing in California, I'm surprised MileIQ hasn't already identified and solved this issue since they're from California as well.
