    This app is a tremendous disappointment, especially compared to the expectation of high quality I generally have for Disney. I can’t believe that after all this time there has never been a significant improvement to its performance. I regularly update all my apps on my iPhone 8, and this is easily the slowest and buggiest app on my device. It performs no better on a desktop computer. How it has achieved a 4.7 star review here I haven’t the foggiest. The best I can say for it is the layout itself isn’t terrible, but certainly nothing to write home about.

    Standing in line for an hour now for ride stating it would be 15 minutes. Also, slow and unresponsive app all day long.

    Slow and unreliable. Using it on the park and is bot useful when is always stoping and closing.

    Most of the time the app won’t open, when it opens it won’t sign in, when it signs in it consumes my battery at a spectacular rate.

    So we had a Winnie the Pooh fast pass and I tried to modify the time and it completely deleted it and won’t let me reschedule. Frustrating and waste of my time.
  • Happy Place?!

    Disney transgresses age, but my husband and I waited until our kids were older to show them the magic. Watching other parents who thought they’d introduce toddler and babies to magic early, doesn’t look so happy for you and/or your brood. I’ve wondered what my kids would have been like at such a young age at a place that caters to and for anything. I’m glad we waited! And thanks to the Goofy who could sign to my daughter! Disney cast members really do put up with a lot. They must have to go through training often so not to hurt people.

    Love how meals can be pre-ordered! Only wish there was an app (please tell me if I’m missing it) that allows you to book accommodations. I see you can link the reservation but I keep having to go between website and app.
