  • Distance and social media

    This training schedule is working perfect for me. I especially like the voice feature. I think the app could be better if it incorporated some features that mapmyrun has like tracking distance and allowing me to post my run to social media. Being able to post my run stats to social media keeps me accountable and helps me track progress. As it is now I'm having to write my distance/pace down in a separate place and use a separate app to track it. I guess it's possible this app has that and I just haven't figured it out

    Returning to distance running after a long layoff. Program works great with my full time job and family obligations. I use another app for my rides and runs but this is great for my training. Definitely recommend

    Love this app. However it appears to only pull music from iTunes app. I use Amazon music and have to switch at times. Also there is sometimes a delay between the phone app and Apple Watch app

    I am in love with this app and use it daily in preparation for my upcoming marathon. It's so easy to follow and I like that they encourage you to do workouts different from running- since those will only help you be a better runner!

    I really like it, I do. But I run slow, so when they say "(about 10 miles)", it was only 8.5 miles for me. It'd be awesome if you can set your speed then get the number of run intervals.

    After what I would consider an off and on running habit for the past 3 years, I started using this app and absolutely love it. I've switched from cycling to running at 49 years old, and the walk / run mix is perfect for this old body!

    Run walk intervals are the basic cornerstone of marathon training. They do include cross training days within the app, but you need to figure out your own cross training, which can be eg biking, swimming, or HIIT. The best thing about the app is it helps keep you on schedule by the day.
