  • Spams with adverts and review requests when you’ve paid for it

    No app should constantly hound you with requests for reviews and promote other groups of apps made by the developer when you’ve already paid for the app. Additionally, I use the app as a guide while I run on, I use my Apple Watch to track my fitness and route, but the app insists on putting up annoying requests for god and motion and fitness data every time you start a workout. There’s no option to turn these off when they appear. TL;DR: running program; good. User friendliness; dreadful.

    I needed help getting back into running and this app helped me a lot. I do two runs a day, a Week 1 run to warm up and then a week 5, 6, or 7, run. I customize program to my ability and made it to week 12 but then had some personal stuff going on that stopped my running for a month or two. Getting back on program I didn’t want to restart so I’m doing a Week 1 run + Another Week 5 to 8 run back to back. It’s working great. This is a useful app if you want to get back into shape and don’t know where to start; however if you need to repeat weeks bc they’re too difficult then do so until your confident you can move on to the next week.
  • Double charged for a sub-par app

    1. I was double charged. Still haven’t gotten it corrected. 2. The Apple Watch app is ridiculous. Notifications during run only work when your looking at it. When not staring at it the notification never sounds to let you know when to start or end running. It won’t stay live either. Have to open the app switcher every time and reopen it again. Such a hassle for very little help. This needs to be fixed soon. Not worth $7 and definitely not worth $14

  • Doesn’t work with watch

    This is an expensive app as apps go but I paid because it had watch integration. It doesn’t appear to work in any useful way. I want to use the watch stand alone and it doesn’t notify me of activity change unless the watch is out of sleep mode - i.e. raised. This isn’t helpful as I don’t jog with my wrist up by my face. I emailed support for guidance and didn’t receive a response. Don’t buy if you want to use with watch only...

    The developers of this app are intentionally misleading in how they display the ability of their Apple Watch “extension app” in the screenshots shown for this app. There is a toggle in the screenshot showing “Using Watch Stand Alone,” yet I cannot even see where the app is listed in my Apple Watch app to even install, let alone be able to run it natively on the app. I will be requesting a refund from either the developer or Apple, as I had a previous 10K trainer app that fills the same purpose. Very shady, not impressed.

    Does not coach you during the workout on the watch thru Bluetooth like it does on your iPhone. Waste of money.
