  • No more RV support in northeast

What the heck happened? An update is supposed to be better not worse. I paid for this app because it helped with towing RV. Now it’s useless because “it’s not supported” anymore.

Used this for years - no problems. After update, the app is very difficult to use. It is very slow. NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO SEARCH FOR PLACES NEAR A DESTINATION. Three steps backwards from the previous version. I wish I never upgraded. I also upgraded to to paid version on one iPad. Unlike other apps, it tells me I need the paid version on the second iPad when I want to save a trip. At this point I think -1 star would be generous.c Now I see RV profile has been removed. Man are they getting greedy. I originally bought this for RV use. I am not giving them any more money. Between two gps's and a map I will find my way.

I have been using this app for several years and the latest version has now rendered it useless. I assume it is to force those of us using the app for RV navigation to buy the more expensive version. I will be shopping for a navigation app, but will be looking at competitors since ALK Technologies has cast me and a number of others adrift. This is quite the topic on the RV forums and many are as upset as I am.
  • So far severely flawed

Trying to get started with the new app I couldn’t even enter my home address. It would not find it (it is simple and found by any other app). It doesn’t even find my hometown Charlotte, NC - a 1.5 million metro and the biggest city in North Carolina. What’s up with that? Also positioning the cursor by pressing down on the keyboard on my iPhone 7 does not work. The app still needs quite some improvement.

I’ve been using CoPilot since 1998. Awesome program. Looking forward to seeing a CarPlay version. Cellphone coverage isn’t that great in my area and to have offline maps would be a huge blessing.
  • Lost RV Support

This most recent update deleted all my RV settings and no longer show an RV as a vehicle option. WTH? I’ve been using and recommending this app for over 8 years and you just killed it. After spending money on the premium version, I now am expected to purchase an RV version for another $40. Way to treat current customers. You should at least offer an upgrade at a discount for current users.
  • Bad App

Seems to be missing places that I can find on MyDrive by TomTom. Missing major roads headed to my work from my house.
  • I paid for this and I regret it

Apple support did not help me to get my money back. Don't download this app it is an ugly app with lot of problems. Download "here we go" is free and has a lot lot more functions. I am dissappointed with Apple also. This was my first and last Apple product I ever buy. (Iphone xs max)
  • Bought this before and now they want me to buy it again.

I bought copilot for 9.99 through Apple store and have used it for years. The app just stopped working so I uninstalled and downloaded this new version, guess what? They want another 9.99. Yes I have my receipt, want to see ALK tech? Or should I take it up with Apple?
