  • One of the Most Useless Magazine Apps Ever Created

Worked great when I first switched from the paper version. Crashes every time I close it and try to reopen. Requires deleting the app, reloading, and verifying my subscription if I don’t read each issue cover to cover. I subscribe to three TEN Publishing Magazines and everyone of them does the same crash and burn routine. If you read the reviews in the App Store you will find this problem has been ongoing for months without any effort to fix it. Maybe the folks at TEN should look at the platform National Geographic uses. The magazine is much more complicated, wonderfully interactive, and it has never crashed once on my iPad Pro.
  • Trouble With Downloading

I’ve been paying for a yearly subscription but I always have trouble with downloading the content especially the recent February issue. Pressing the download button doesn’t do anything and often times, the app ends up crashing on me. Please fix this. It’s just so frustrating being a customer and I can’t even get my content.

Was awesome, you could buy back issues ( tho a little pricy for digital media) and look at all your issues and preview ones you don't have. But with the current version it won't open ... It does notify you that the new issue is out and you can see he cover from the newsstand window
