    Stopped working so I subscribed again. NOTHING! I feel totally ripped off and will try to get my money back. Time does work so good alternative. Don’t waste your money!!
  • Terrible App

    I hate to be negative but the app is just terrible. I get a notification that a new issue is available, but takes forever to appear in the download screen. I still can’t email an article, an issue I reported months ago, because all it does is take me to the App Store to download the app. The last article read also does not work. I always need to thumb through the articles to see where I left off. Again, I reported this months ago as an issue.

    I LOVE The Week magazine and read it cover to cover religiously. It is more balanced than most media, and helps me keep abreast with what’s going on with so much. The digital form is my backup for when I don’t have the magazine with me.

    Worthy publication with increasingly unreliable app. Downloads of magazine will not open for many months running despite deleting and reloading app. Takes your subscription money and gives nothing in return in quality or tech support.

    Still no digital issue. This has been going on for months. No problem for years! I still love the magazine which I receive in print. Maybe in the next year they will get it together 👎

    This app indicates it has downloaded 100% and when you click view only the cover and advertisements have downloaded. Then slowly the sections download. It is painfully slow. Compare to Economist and other magazine apps which rapidly downloads all text and images in a minute or less

    This app often does not work. The pleasure reading the publication brings is greatly diminished by the app not working.

    Part 3/3 I’ve sent 3...THREE emails to to help me with the App crashing on my iPad and not a single response back. The Week is a good magazine and I think they outsourced CS to this horsesh*t company. Regardless. I’m going on my 4th week dead in the water on my iPad. Part 2/3 Very disappointed in the new app update. Doesn't open at all. Frustrated. Doesn't this crap get tested? Part 1/3 I've been a subscriber for years but let it lapse appx 6 months ago. Big mistake. After roaming the wasteland of hodgepodge "news" media outlets I've returned back home to The Week. Reading just one issue supplied more gratification than what I read during my entire 6 months away.
