  • Don’t bother

    This app used to work perfectly. Now it doesn’t save my runs properly. It’ll tell me when to walk or run but when I look at the screen, it’ll reset my run to the last time I unlocked the phone. So if I’m at the end of my run and I unlock it, it’ll reset to 6 minutes in. I’m not running with my phone unlocked in my hand the whole time. Fix it or I’m requesting a refund.

    Doesn’t work well with my iPhone X. Freezes up if a phone call comes in regardless of declining or answering the call. If you use music you don’t get told when to jog/walk. Super frustrating.

    Haven’t had any problems with it. As far as a fitness app goes I have managed to start running regularly and keep at it with the assistance of this thing.

    I’ve been exercising, dieting, and using this app as recommended and so far have lost 30 pounds! I started from years of a sedentary lifestyle, and it’s been helping me to feel strong each day. If I find that I’m not meeting a certain step, I’ll stay on that day until moving on. I use this app with music on my phone and so far have no problems! Was recommended to me by my father and I’d recommended to anyone wanting to get back on their feet!
  • I love it but Don't use with apple watch

    I love c25k. However it has its flaws with the Apple watch. I want to be able to see my progress on my watch but hear through my earbuds what the coach is telling me to do. So I have started putting my watch in airplane mode and just using the running tracker on my Apple watch in addition to using the c25k on my phone and earbuds. It works pretty good that way. Then I can check my pace and distance on my watch but still follow the trainer when I am running.

    I absolutely frickin hate running, mostly because I can’t run far. I have started running so many times and given up because I can’t complete a mile right off the bat. This is such a helpful app! The chick is super upbeat, I love that I can listen to my tunes while I sweat, and it goes by so quickly! I recommend C25K to anyone who wants to get into running. You won’t be disappointed!
