    So frustrating! I was dressed and out the door and the app wouldn’t load. Uninstalled/ reinstalled nothing. Got home and it worked- frustrating!!!

    It’s an amazing app! It makes you so much better at running!There is one thing they could ad though. It doesn’t track you time or how far you run, if they would add it that would be great! But this can easily solved by getting another app.I would recommend an app called run tracker.Over all this app is great an would recommend.

    I have used this app 3 times and am about to start again. I go through periods of good habits and then slip back into lethargy. When it is time to start up again, I go to this app. I don’t have to start back at week one. I can go to any week that fits my current level.

    I love this... I’m still in week one, but I love that I can listen to music however I want and the app comes in over the music to say “start running” and “start walking” and it doesn’t stop my music, or interrupt it in any way. Easy to start using, just download it and open it, and hit start!

    I’ve tried to take up running many times, but it never stuck. I just completed week four and now I look forward to running almost every morning. My problem in the past was that I always got winded straight away, this made running miserable. This app has you take enough walking breaks that I am never panting and I am able to enjoy my run. I love seeing the progress I have made over the last month! I highly recommend watching action movies while running to keep you motivated. (Black Panther is on Netflix rn!) Right now, I have to run in a treadmill indoors because it is extremely cold outside, but I’m looking forward to getting outside when the temp gets above freezing.
