    I downloaded fitness22 as well C25K. They both do same training. C25K is not as easy to see as the fitness22 They both have voice,bell, count down. Fitness22 is just easier to use overall. As for getting me to run it is good.

    I love this app! It assists in keeping me motivated. I like how the running and walking are changed up, doesn’t get boring! Definitely recommend if you’re new to running or just simply want to change things up!

    I downloaded this app but before I could start to use it, they wanted me to give them access to all my social media. Then wouldn’t let me opt out. Of course no way to contact them. Wasted my money!!!

    I’m using this app to help me get ready for the Turkey Trot 5k, and so far I love it! It’s very easy to use, and even though I don’t have all the bells and whistles, I’m very impressed at how functional it is.

    I seriously despise running 🤣 I get way too bored. My way around this *excuse* was to avoid it all together. I was sooooo out shape but to hold myself accountable I committed to my first OCR with friends only 2.75 months away 😳 7-9 miles and 25-29 obstacles- I didn’t hesitate to download the C25K app and started that day. It was easy for me to always say yes because each day was totally doable. 30ish minutes? Done. Use as little per week or double up? Done. I always recommend this app to those looking to start building endurance or gettin fit.

    Hi, I’m CaS, I just turn 43, I’m a Libra lol and I can’t wear anything in my freaking closet! I have resorted to just wear sweat and yoga pants, like for real! I used to be a sprinter in High School, never a long distance runner in any form. Running just wasn’t for me. I have raced quads since I was fourteen, played softball and over all very active. I stopped doing it all in 2013. I weighed 107-120, now I’m embarrassed to say, I weight 170-189. I don’t take care of me anymore and I hate myself for it! I’ve seen the results with this app my own eyes from my friends at work. This app seriously works and you will see results fast! One girl loathes to run and the other weighed more than me when she started. In two weeks one girl is starting to look tone and the other girl now weighs less than me! It’s my turn now! I’m putting my one step forward and one step at a time. Everything in life worth having takes hard work and effort. I’m the only one who can fix me, I’ve got this and you can too!
