    I was thinking to ‘try and buy’ this app, but it has so many ads jammed into it that you can barely use the app without accidentally activating an ad that pops up the App Store or a web browser. Useless junk ware.

    Easy to follow, I did have to go slower than suggested but I hit the distances after being super lazy for too long. But that gives me something to work for. Great app!

    Loving that it gives a regime to follow for beginners who, persevering past week 2-3, come into a more serious regiment. My only issue is alert interruptions from other apps throw off the timer, or at least it seems to. I had a phone call come through while running and I think it pushed one of my timers longer which made it more difficult to complete the rest of the workout that day. I wasn’t sure if it was that or if I was just lacking that day. Otherwise it seems ok so far, week 4 strong!!
