    I am NOT a runner. I’m barely a jogger. But this is the BEST app! Every year when kids start back to school, I start back on C25K. It is the EASIEST app to follow and it lets you listen to your own playlist. The “coach” tells you when to walk, when to jog, and she talks over my music so I can hear her. If you want to know how far you’ve gone, however , you have to use an app like RunKeeper. But it’s easy to run them at the same time.

    I think the only fault of this app that I can find is the support for Apple Watch. When wearing an apple watch and using this app, you are only notified of run/walk changes by a small vibration in your wrist. This vibration is no different than any other notification vibration. There is no audible notification of when to walk/run. I wish there was also an audible notification to let Apple Watch users know when to run/walk.

    I used to run regularly and was in excellent shape until we moved. Now I’m on my second move and heavier than I’ve been in 8 years. In other words, moving is stressful, in addition to finding a new job and getting the kids adjusted. More than ever I need good health. I remember running and how good it felt. This app requires no thought, just follow the prompts. And would believe it I still know how to run thanks to muscle memory. Although it was painful it was not impossible. Btw, this is my first run of many to come.

    I’m 37 years old and just beginning to train for a 5k run. This app is great, especially for those trying to begin but do not know how to! It’s a great program for tracking your time and for keeping a consistent regimen! I absolutely recommend it!

    This app is a decent plan to get out and get moving. That said, they shouldn’t charge an exorbitant amount to track calories and distance. The Nike running app is much better and it’s free.

    Use it every year to help me get back in shape after the long MN winters. Starts off couch potato level to get you moving in no time. Love the pace that it goes at.

    This is my first day and it was surprisingly ok. So far so good. And I hate running...so that is saying a lot. I’ll have to do another review after a month or so.

    I never enjoyed running. My son decided to join cross country so I thought we could train together. This app makes running much easier. It does not seem as overwhelming since it is a slow progression. If I can do this, then anyone can!
