Live a healthier, more active life with Fitbit, the world’s leading app for tracking all-day activity, workouts, sleep and more. Use the app on its own to track basic activity and runs on your phone, or connect with one of Fitbit’s many activity trackers and the Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale to get a complete picture of your health—including steps, distance, calories burned, sleep, weight, and more. TRACK ACTIVITY: Accurately record your steps and distance with MobileTrack when you carry your phone. For all-day tracking of stats like calories burned, active minutes, and sleep, pair the app with a Fitbit tracker. RUN SMARTER: Enhance runs, walks and hikes by using MobileRun to track your pace, time and distance. You can also control your music, get voice cues and use your phone’s GPS to map your routes. (Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.) RECORD WORKOUTS: Use your Fitbit tracker to track your exercise, then check the app to see your stats, their impact on your day, and how your performance is improving. MONITOR HEART RATE: Use a Fitbit tracker with PurePulse™ to analyze heart rate graphs in the app. Identify trends, manage stress and see the results of your workouts. • I love the style of the versa but theperformance is terrible

    By ddnutse
I’m working on my third versa Fitbit. I’ve been using Fitbit since the first little clip on model came on the market. My first quit working completely, my second would not allow me to use the exercise button when I started a workout, the third and final I’ll ever purchase will not sync.(i’ve only had it three months )And yes I have done everything on every website I can find to try to make it work I’m sad to say I’m giving up on the company and going to finally purchase an Apple Watch. Updating my review to 0 stars. The response I received sent me the the same articles I already read. No real customer support for a sub standard product.
  • Dead on arrival

App won't stay logged on, makes paying for a Fitbit worthless if the app doesn't work. The free apps don't have a problem with staying logged on, so this isn't a expensive problem.
  • Cuatomer service in the dumps

    By Jennifervalenzuela
I received an email stating my profile had been compromised they locked my account. I attempted to change my password since my original one didnt work. I sent reset password with no email sent from fitbit: I contacted them several times, i got an email that they were working on it and it's been more than a week. Now my fitbit will not update date and time since it cant sync. If your debating getting a fitbit or apple, go with the apple all the way. I know i should have. Fitbit- WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • “Bug fix” wont let me change my period start

    By LyzzieGregory
I use this to track my cycle and no matter how much I click or hold down I can’t edit my start date. Plz fix this
  • Syncing fix

    By Augustnyne
I’m so happy I read this! My Fitbit wasn’t syncing either with phone or computer, which made me think it was something with the Fitbit. I read this response from Fitbit to a review with same problem. I read the article about restarting the Fitbit & it fixed the problem immediately! Thanks Fitbit!
  • Great app but can still be better

    By janieisVIP
This app is wonderful and has all the right data that I want tracked. However, there are a few things that would be nice to see just simple changes like in the weight log, it would be nicer if every weight log also had a summary of how many pounds you loss/gained since the last weight log. It’s very nice to be able to see the exact change based on the effort you put in between the logging periods. Also for the food logging there should be some sort of “build your own recipe” section that can calculate calories for you based on the ingredients used. Would also be nice to have a “feature request” section within the app for feature requests regarding your fitbit and also the fitbit app.
  • Disappointed

    By PhoneCritic
The main reason I bought the Fitbit Charge 3 was because it was marketed to have an O2 sensor and track you SAT level. I bought the special edition and so far I’m disappointed that it’s been out for so long and still no word when they Te going to release this feature. Also the Clock faces are not that impressive, need more the size and weight but overall I think it was pushed out before it was ready.
  • Great app

Would be even better if we could use gif’s! Makes the friendly competition a bit more interesting 😛
  • Love the app, but it has some issues

    By CassAnon
I love the options the app has to track food eaten, exercise (of course), hydration, steps, resting heart rate, etc. The issues are syncing and internet connection. Let’s start with syncing. It can take a full minute - usually longer- for the app to sync with my Charge 2. Sometimes, like now, it won’t sync at all despite trying most of the day. I have to leave it for a few hours and hope for the best. Two weeks ago, the best wasn’t good enough. I was forced to uninstall and reinstall it, losing a full day of data in the process. Pairing. While not exactly syncing, it’s related. I can’t get text or call notifications to pass through to my Fitbit. It works for a few days or weeks before cutting out for no apparent reason. When I try to set up notifications again through the app, it tells me it needs to be paired. It is! If it weren’t, it wouldn’t be collecting step count, sleep data, heart rate, etc. from my Fitbit. I try to pair again anyway, without success. I’ve given up on notifications. It’s nice when it works, but I don’t have time to fight with it. Internet connection. Lately, it’s been popping up with the message that there is no Internet connection. Yes, there is. Every other app is connecting. Cellular data is on and enabled for the app. It’s not my phone, WiFi, or cellular data that has the issue, it’s the app. Sometimes turning off the phone works, but, usually, I need to leave it alone and hope it works next time I try. Bottom line: it’s a great app ... when it works.
  • Good support for iOS 9

    By mister vega
Overall the app looks great and has good navigation & insights! The app seems a little clunky at times (probably with the inclusion of all the social media aspects). One of my devices uses iOS 9 and I'm extremely happy they still offer the app for it! I have to open the app 2–3 times, however, before it works. Still I'm happy it have it on my “older” 🙄 device.
