  • REQUEST: Update the app to be like RC Phone app

    This app is okay, but the RC Phone app is better! It’s just sad that AT&T is forcing their customers to use this app instead; even though this app is Powered by RingCentral. If anything, at least one request; could this app please allow Contacts, Phone, and Text Messages to be their own tabs - just like the RingCentral app? Even allowing users to customize their Tabs?
  • Admin function doesn’t work

    Until recently I was able to switch the operator extension using the app. It was very useful. Now I’m getting an error. I contacted help and was told they don’t help with that. This is unacceptable for business.
  • Virtual Learning

    I have been using the application for virtual learning and have had very few hiccups. User must have up to date browsers but the quality of the stream was excellent!
  • Lost contacts with update

    Updated the app and lost all saved contacts, texts and voicemails. This is our business phone so that’s very unfortunate
  • Disconnects whatever call I’m on.

    SO frustrating. It’ll disconnect my call if I’m already on the phone and a RingCentral call comes in. Gonna delete the app.
  • My desk phone no longer rings

    Downloaded the app to stop receiving spam text messages. Now my desk phone will not ring. I have deleted the app, and still will not ring. Downloaded app again so at least I can get my calls. Now rings for a second and will not connect when I try to answer. Called to get help, sounded like there was a loud tv in the back ground and baby crying. Was accidentally hung up on. Ridiculously frustrating.

    Office at hand was working fine for me until recently (yesterday).. I forgot to turn off automatic app updates on my phone so it updated. I wish I could go back... This newest update has suddenly made all my calls spotty and staticky. It’s so bad, I have to call people back from my own personal cell. What’s the point of having a work phone with work app if it doesn’t work?! I know it’s not my phone hardware itself either because all my calls were just fine before. Please fix this developers!!

    The app is now requiring me to sign in every day. Awful. Who would use this trash over their regular phone app if you have to sign in all the time?
  • Just 1 (particularly problematic) bug

    v2.1.35 looks to have solved several issues our business (about 70 Office@Hand phones) had been having. I would give this app 5 stars, but we continue to have problems with the phones in a call queue continuing to ring, after one phone has answered the incoming call already. We’ve ruled out new calls coming into the queue as the problem, so as far as we can tell, there is still an ongoing bug with the cloud PBX not recognizing that 1 phone in a queue has already answered the incoming call. Once Office@Hand can gets this bug fixed, I’ll definitely give 5 stars, as we love everts else about it!
