Make sure you have your AT&T home voicemail PIN prior to downloading this app. Voicemail Viewer makes it easier to stay on top of your Voicemail or Unified Messaging voicemail messages directly from your iOS device. Like looking at messages in your email inbox, you can check your AT&T Voicemail messages visually, choosing the order in which you listen to them or even reading your messages as voicemail-to-text.   • ***How to Fix March 2021 “Unable to access” problem***

    If after the March 2021 app update, the app says you can’t access your voicemail, try: 1) Go to Settings. 2) Turn OFF the “Save PIN” option. 3) Go to Inbox, you should be prompted to enter your home phone number and your PIN. If you’re not prompted, close the app and re-open again to go to Inbox. Enter home phone number and PIN when prompted. 4) The app should now function normally. Go back to Settings and turn “Save PIN” back on so that you won’t have to enter your number and PIN every time.
  • App Not Working After The Last Update

    This app used to be awesome, but I haven’t been able to log in or access messages since the latest update. So now it’s pretty much useless.

    After working perfectly fine for years on end....about mid March it will no longer allow me to login....after many phone calls to AT&T no one seems to be able to fix this.

    As with others the last app update broke access to the app. No inputs to log in or out, just says it can’t connect. Unable to use it at all at this point. Please push either a rollback or an update to fix. Until now it had been a fairly stable and reliable app.

    App started telling me it couldn’t sign in and to check settings, except settings gives zero guidance; there’s no option to do anything in settings.

    Why did the app stop working in mid March? It functioned satisfactorily for years, but now when the app opens it says it can no longer access my ATT landline voicemail account. It tells me to check the settings, but there is no info on my phone account — just a blank. My old voicemails are present but not new ones. The only option seems to be to press Reset, but this option warns that all old voicemail will be lost. It appears that your recent update around the same time perhaps disabled app use for long time clients. Please fix and leave info on how we can contact a developer. HELP!!!

    With latest update, I’m locked out of my account. It says go to settings to fix but there is nowhere to fix it. Meanwhile, I have messages waiting for me to review. NO BUENO!!!
