  • Terrible - Can’t Login or Create a New Password

    I have tried numerous times to login and it doesn’t recognize my password. I also tried numerous times to set a new password and it just kept prompting me to set a new password. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it with no success. Seems like they work new bugs into their app updates. This app is ridiculous. I guess they don't want my business and I’ll have to get a real taxi instead.

    Not only a great service but the Uber App has been very reliable through times. There’s some great folks driving for Uber, many great conversations. Thank you. The new Uber “Ride Pass” needs improvement, not really seeing the savings, or should I say where’s the discount ? Not quite the same “Ride Pass” as last year.

    Since they announced they were making changes to improve their services I’ve noticed a significant decline in their service. The trip planning, especially for pool options, takes too long for seemingly no reason as you still have to wait to be connected to a driver. I’ve had multiple instances I’ve been forced to walk to a random meeting point in the dark and cold just to drive right pass my original location. The drivers and their vehicles seem to also be declining in quality and safety. On top of this, there have been several IT issues causing incorrect charges. The only contact option is via email/text through the app which is very frustrating. I will stop using this app in the near future if services do not improve.
