  • The last fix is a failure

    Update: I spoke with AT&T today and was given the wise advise of delete the app and reinstall it to fix the problems you’re having. It did not fix anything. Touch ID still does not work on an iPhone X and gets stuck processing when you try. The app logs you out every time you leave the app meaning you must manually enter your password each time you open it. STUPID! I cannot yet speak to it improving location services because I haven’t used it. I was too frustrated trying to log on. Original review: If anyone at AT&T actually cared enough to read these reviews, someone would realize that the latest update is a disaster and would revert back to the older version until the new version is actually usable. It is extremely slow to do anything and then what is does is say my phone number is invalid or errors have occurred. Once I did manage to get it opened, it logged me out. Please hurry with a solution and give a discount/refund for all the time since this latest update.
  • Update makes app useless

    I’ve had this app for over a year. The recent update doesn’t work. Won’t even locate my own phone that is on, in att service area and has locator active. If I ask it to locate another family member it either times out or says phone is off or out of area. Terrible

    I pay $10 a month to have the FamilyMap and it’s not even working anymore. I can’t even sign in and it keeps asking me for my phone number which I put in and it still doesn’t work. I have touch ID and that doesn’t work either. I’m about to cancel this service!
  • Horrible upgrade

    Having worse problems with the “upgrade”. Can not locate myself removed, re added, reloaded, everything and still can’t find me. The account is under my number. The new map is washed out and doesn’t show items of interest on it. PLEASE remove update and go back a version!!!
  • Always problems

    Downloaded the recent update for this app now I can’t use it. It’s having me to sign in and then it’s asking for $9.99 payment upfront from Apple App Store. Now why am I going to pay this when AT&T is already billing me monthly for this app. It’s always problems with this app. I even had to remove it entirely from my phone and my account and this sorry app still isn’t working. Should be a free app with this many problems. Get it together AT&T and stop ripping ppl off.
  • Don’t waste your money

    This app is awful. Especially since they “updated” it. It constantly signs out and has to be reset. The “new” map is white with almost no landmarks and is very hard to read. Half the time it can’t locate the phone u are looking for and just decides on it’s own to show a local destination. Other times it gives you a general “area” which could be a 20 mile radius. Side note- If the phone dies or is turned off this app will not work. So if u lost your phone and it does or it has no signal this app is worthless.

  • Very inaccurate

    I had a family member who was hurt and I tried to locate to assist. It kept changing locations and had me running all over the area. He was no where near where it showed me and by the time I got to him a resident called the rescue squad. This is not what I thought I was paying for. For $10 per month this should pin point where that phone is at. What a rip off. Considering cancelling this service. Life 360 gives 3D location and is point on. Plus it allows you to see movement on real time. Slipping behind AT&T.
  • Terrible app

    The app worked semi decent until the recent update now it’s just plain terrible. ATT should offer users money back. It is not worth the 9.99 per month
  • Poor performance

    I thought it would be good to keep an on eye on elderly family members but it’s inaccurate. Ever since the latest update won’t even find the phone. It is a waste of money and save for something else
