  • Works great

Really like this app. It works pretty well importing recipes and creating them from scratch is a breeze too. It comes with a handful of recipes pre-loaded, so it does take work to get it set up. Personally, I preferred it that way.
  • it's fine

the app has too much going on. there's no easy way to just add a meal for one day. example, while in the week view i can either click on on the plus sign at the top very top next to "Mealboard" OR i can click on the plus sign next to the day of the week. if i click on the plus sign next to the day of the week, i can start typing out a meal and can select it. the nothing happens. there's no "done" button or anything. i end up clicking "back" and then "done" and then it's on my meal. it's just odd.
  • Great!

I really like this App!!! I can store all my recipes and create a meal plan. This helps with some of my organization issues!!! The one thing I wish is that the meal plan would transfer from the other device when synced. That is the reason why I only gave it 4 stars. I really do enjoy this app. Update: It does sync the schedule between the devices... it was user issues not app issues :)
  • Little frustrated

I love the ap for the most part but I hate that can't add ingredients from the recipe to the shopping list. Seems like it would be a no brainer to add a option in the drop down that allows you to add all the ingredients that don't show in your pantry to your shopping list.
  • Not user friendly at all

I was hoping this would be the answer I was looking for....meal planning made simple. Wrong! I cannot import recipes from Pinterest nor the web. I will be asking for a refund
  • Wasn't created by someone who meal plans

I had high hopes for this app but it's missing the most important option- to input things quickly. It will take me years to set up this app where I can actually use it. I want to be able to just type up my menu plan not link to the recipes every time. Also, I want to be able to copy and paste recipes not go ingredient by ingredient, this is crazy, who has time for that. Sometimes I just take a picture of a recipe or a screen shot, it would be great to be able to paste a picture in recepie section.
  • Love it!!!

I love this app, it will take a while to get it set up, but so worth it in the long run!! I had to set some of it for my own barcodes, but it wasn't a big deal. Also you can download some Pinterest recipes. It really helps since my family and I are clean eaters for the past month. It helps to at least have that grocery list! I wish I would have found this years ago!! You won't be disappointed!!
  • Good, could be better

I LOVE that this app offers recipe/grocery list/pricing/pantry all in one app. Best in class. Can't live without this one. Just wish thee was an android version. Seriously, I have resisted switching from iOS to android because of this app.
  • So far, no complaints

I recently switched from Menu Planner to MealBoard because the developer never seemed to get the barcode scanner to work. I'm getting used to the functionality of this app and it's comparable, if not better. Importing recipes is definitely easier and has more compatible sites. I use Pinterest a lot, so I just copy the URL from the recipe's site and copy it here and auto import fast and easy. Even using the "tool" function to import recipes is efficient (although obviously not better). I look forward to setting up the pantry and freezer in the app to start tracking inventory!
  • Excellent!
