  • Muy decepcionada

    By summerbrick
  • Stressful, time consuming, expensive

    By dylan baby
In theory this app and service is great, but the reality is it is expensive, and half of the people who respond to your job postings aren’t available for the actual job, or just don’t show up. I have managed to find several care givers through the app (2 total, but I probably messaged back and forth with between 10-20 just to get to that point). It was stressful and time consuming. The app itself works pretty well, and is fairly easy to navigate, but it isn’t clear when posting jobs how to indicate what date/time the job is for (my recommendation is to put it prominently in the TITLE of the job posting, otherwise people who are not even available for that day or time will reply to the job posting!) My other major complaint is the majority of people who respond to your job posts have no intention of following through, and although they initially seem interested just totally flake out! I wish they could vet the caregivers a little more thoroughly.
  • Make it free

    By Summerspice99
It’s ridiculous that nannies such as myself, Should have to pay to contact families. It’s hard enough to find a nanny job to help support my family, Having to pay the amount a month to find a job is absurd. Care should make it free to nannies and the families should only have to pay for it.
  • The app is ok, the service isn’t

    By Ladybugs323
I signed up for to help find a pet sitter and eventually a babysitter. The app works fine and I have no complaints but the service is terrible. I get inundated with unqualified applicants and they don’t bother to read the actual job posting. Everyone gives you a generic response. The app constantly asks me if I have hired anyone but they haven’t actually helped me find anyone.
  • You have to pay for it

    By Jfkizzle1122
You now apparently have to pay in order for people to be able to respond to you. So it’s really not free anymore. It’s not like we’re on here BECAUSE we have money to pay for an app. So disappointed. Edit: Developers responded saying you can reply to messages for free but you cannot.
  • It’s awful

    By iilindsay
Now you can’t even see who’s offering you the job, it’s asking $65 to see it, like really?? Y’all couldn’t do one good things there’s people who are unable to pay that kind of money, and see that job, some people are trying to make a living out of it and you guys just gotta make it difficult
  • Lisa Jackson

    By HT Herring III
Lisa worked with our family for three years. My mother-in-law needed assistance at 88 years. Ms Herring was a southern gentile, complicated and demanding lady and Lisa handled her with great care and compassion. She calmed her moods and truly brought a "fresh" prospective to every day. She was responsible for medical appointments and, anything that was needed at any time. Trust was built very early and it eased our minds a great deal. We had been through four others before we found Lisa. She is a gem. Highly recommend her. Would hope she could take care of us when we reach that age
