The app is average due to the fact If you have a fax line you are not able to toggle between them. Instead, you have to log out and log in back again using your fax number. The voice call or data call is always a nightmare, if you are using data you cannot have the features such as transfer phone calls. If you do not have a great internet access your voice call is the worst of the worst. In regards features, the app is ok for calls and texting but you do not have the option using the fax line to send faxes from your app!!!! Also you can only upload a max of 5 Mb??? Are you crazy???? If you need only a second line is good. But trying to get more services and features it is very mediocre

Seems to work. Don’t have any GIFs or other keyboards. Wish it’d use the same list of keyboards as the normal iPhone messenger app. Decent overall.
  • Good app!

Does what it says. I dropped the expensive land line for this and haven't missed the landline! I can even keep in touch wherever I am as long as I have WiFi or cell coverage. Even use the phone in Europe on free WiFi! Well worth it!

I miss a lot calls. Not sure if it has something to do with using voice/data but I miss a lot of calls that I never see actually ring.

The call quality and operation could be better. At times, the app is down for a day, and this impacts my ability to conduct business.

Works fine for me. Even used as a speaker phone when in car using 3G connectivity. Terrific.

Almost all of the time calls through the app go straight to voicemail. It’s infuriating and I miss client calls all the time. I will be canceling soon unless this is fixed.
  • Love it

A lot of calls to me that never connect to my phone. If WiFi isn’t available, half the time it prompts fo a phone number in another area code and I cannot make call. An ok way to get a second line on a cellphone but if it is important to receive all calls, this may not be the way to do it.
