    Developers-it’s time for a fresh new re-design to the app. More liquidity to the app, more responsive to the touch. The app is slow. Also the 5G coverage map on the website could use a re-design for more liquidity as well as that too Is slow. Do that and ill change my rating.

    Constantly needs my ID and password. Won’t use same ID. Insists it’s something else when I know what it is. Have to go thru nonsense ALL OF THE TIME JUST TO LOOK THRU THE APP AT MY INFO

    Have had my cell phone service for 20 plus years with AT&T. A couple months ago I switched my cable and internet service to AT&T. Thought it would be easy having everything with one company. What a bad decision and one I will have to live with fir the next two years. The internet can not support the number of home devices I operate. And I’m a single guy with one television and no children. The speed is slow and locks up often. Calling customer service is a nightmare. There is a separate customer service department for TV another for internet another for cell phone, etc. A simple question om which username and password I was to use on the app resulted in 4 phone transfers which left my head spinning. Trying to figure out which username and which password to use is beyond confusing. I hope the next 2 years fly’s by because I can’t wait to be down with AT&T

    There's a trick wen dealing w a mobile device n especially wen u do a stall on the acct for no doubt my benefit I commend u on that thank u, but w everything thats been happening lately then. Honestly att we can talk salary so I can Tudor u n this generation. If not good luck n don't break to many legs falling on ur face it's old school n us better be paying as attenton bc it just magically reappears n u don't even know it yet...
