  • Great app but too greedy for feedback

I love everything about this app EXCEPT the constant rating requests. Once should be enough ‼️
  • Review reminder nuisance

This reader is alright. It does what I need it to do, and I paid 99 cents to remove advertisements. However, I’m annoyed by the constant pop-up dialog insisting I review the app which appears even after I provided a review. So here’s your updated review, reduced to one star because I sincerely dislike your pestering.

Can you please update it to support iPhone x and later models?
  • Cannot delete items.

Clicking the wrench icon brings up delete and sort buttons on each row, except the delete button doesn’t work!
  • Straight Arrows

Perhaps one of the last bastions of actual reporters doing the very best factual reporting of news that can be found. No bias, no political axes to grind. No political correctness or softball discussion of real events. I may not like all of the truth but there it is in my face. All straight arrows pointing at the truth and giving the reader something to think about.

Does what I need! I can use any feed I can find on the web. Maybe not as fancy as others but I like it. Sure there is room for small improvements (auto-update, interface upgrade, browser update, etc...), but hey... what app doesn’t?
  • Annoying bug

Works well but it keeps nagging me to write a review even though I have reviewed it already. Actually this time it mentioned reviewing an update, which might at least make more sense but is still annoying, and even after updating my review the nagging continues. Please fix this annoying bug!
  • Does everything I need

Straight forward design. Just lists the articles without images so it is easy to see the whole list without having to scroll all the time. Doesn’t require an account on a web site where they track what you read and then sell that info to advertisers.
  • What a relief!

After seeing the news agencies and wire services update their apps to become bulky graphic oriented monsters, what a relief to find an app that just gives you news feeds. And for a buck you can get rid of the ads! Keep It simple stupid is how I like it.
  • in-app purchase doesn’t work

I really like the simple interface and that you are not required to have any subscription accounts, so I decided to buy the no-ad in-app purchase. The purchase went through, and guess what? I still have in-app adds! Clicking on the restore previous purchase in the app does no good. I just wasted a dollar on nothing!
