CareSynchrony® Screener enables senior living communities, (including independent, assisted living and memory care communities) to screen their staff as well as residents for disease symptoms on a periodic basis as per their facility policies for compliance purposes. Communities can create a screening questionnaire customized to guidelines as well as their community policies and procedures. CSScreener then helps staff and team members at communities to quickly review and respond to the questionnaire. Note: The app does NOT provide any indication that the user has, or is at risk for, COVID. It's purposes is only for the facility to document information for compliance purposes.
