  • Does not recognize eSIM

    By thesteeler
If you have AT&T eSIM this app does not work.
  • Another example of IT not trying out the product

    By MulberryMan
I was forced to download and use this App simply because I wanted to pay my AT&T bill online. OK, so I download the App and there is a QR code that does not read so, I have to enter it manually. Then there is a link to a demo that does not work. Don’t these people try their products out before releasing them? Somebody in the company has a GREAT idea for an App but nobody has the time (or idea) to test drive it. My 1 Star rating is based on my first impression (aren’t first impressions usually right on?) and not the overall App or how it functions which I know nothing about since I have not yet used it. Avoid crowding your phone with this App!

  • Doesn’t recognize digital SIM card

    By AdamWadeSmith
I can’t use it, because it doesn’t recognize my iPhone digital SIM card.
  • Doesn’t work with eSIMs

    By Stormprobe
This app doesn’t work if you’re using an eSIM opposed to a physical SIM.
  • No homepage

    By MerDur
Why is there no way to get to the homepage if you need to? I’ve deleted it twice hoping to reset it but it doesn’t. Can’t use it,
  • A Waste of Time

    By Southern_Dude67
This app doesn’t help me sign into my AT&T account from my phone or laptop any faster than my password manager or even manually logging in, that is if it even works at at all. It puts you thru just as much ridiculousness as logging in manually. This just adds more time & effort.
  • Did I ask to bang my head against the wall?

    By BigBob4578901423
Could not be more frustrating. All this does is send me on an endless loop. I downloaded ZenKey, registered and set it up. I would do anything to make logging in easier and more secure. But....it doesn’t work. After I downloaded and set up the ZenKey app I just get sent in a loop. When I click on “login with zen key” it just takes me to the App Store to download the app I already invested the time to download and setup.
  • Never worked limited support

Great concept and looking forward to using this to authentic to my ATT services, but it simply does not work. No one from the service desk has been able to resolve it.
