Census 100 is a companion app for CareSynchrony® CRM that is part of the CareSynchrony® Senior Living Management suite. Communities that utilize the CareSynchrony® suite can empower their marketing departments through easy to use tools to keep track of new leads, existing prospects, family contacts, and professional referral sources. Marketers and sales counselors can access up to date information, and follow up with prospects in a timely manner. With Census 100 you can: • Stay informed about new leads and contact them in a timely manner • Review update information about prospects and family contacts • Schedule and track activities to help guide prospects in their decision making processes • Call, email, and text your contacts • Log interaction notes from your sales activities • Add journal entries about your prospects • Stay in touch with professional referral sources • Communicate with other members of the care teams in your community Census 100 requires affiliation with a community that has deployed the CareSynchrony® SLM suite and access must be authorized by community management.
