    I did strong lifts on the Android app for a little over a year then 9 weeks of madcow on paper. Thrilled to see this on IOS. Following nSuns and enjoying the customization and ability to add accessories, helps add a lot of structure to a workout, great way to keep yourself accountable. Looking forward to some updates: a planks timer would be nice, setting 5lb weight increments doesn’t always work (remains 2.5lbs) but still 5 stars because it by far the best I’ve found.

    Really great app. Works very well, makes 5/3/1 a breeze. Easy to setup and walks you through each exercise. Developer is extremely helpful too. Really good people. I’d put this in the top 2-3 lifting apps on the App Store. Definitely worth it.
