    I have also purchased original app and also bought premium service but they kicked that app with new app, now they need more money from us. Shame on your marketing team. Please refund our old money

    Even after I canceled this subscription and deleted the app one year later you charged my credit card without my permission. I don’t use this app, and I only tried it a short time then immediately cancelled. I request a full refund of $9.99 and would like someone to contact me to confirm this subscription has been cancelled.
  • Accounts not registering in the background

    I used this app for more than 4 years and now I cannot because some “push notifications” stuff that changed how it works ... when I minimize the app the accounts lost registration avoiding calls to go in... it is a shame that a company like this had issues and charging us for a yearly subscription....

    I purchased this app before it was subscription based. Now I can’t use an app I purchased without subscribing to it? If you want to create a subscription based app, create it, but don’t screw with the app I purchased. I only use this app as a hobbyist, but now I will be pushing back on this scam.
  • It’s good but doesn’t stay connected

    I like Bria working with voip.ms. I have to toggle my iPhone 7 WiFi connection to get it to connect again before every call. I would like to attach images to sms via Bria but it’s not working.
  • Push notifications Dont work. App is useless now

    Bria mobile will not stay registered on background. According to Bria it is a known issues due to some Apple noapps in background policy... and I think it’s bs, because Hangouts, Skype, Viber, WhatsApp and ton of other apps work just fine Glad that I didn’t pay for a year ahead. Canceled. P.S push did not work over vpn, we configured the app and firewall ports 5223, 2195, 2196, 443. Whitelisted Bria push servers and still nothing. Even if it did work, leaving port 443 open was not an option, also Bria warns they can change push servers addresses any time. Well, at least they tell you it’s not reliable enough for production environment.

    It never rings when a call comes in! It use to and not sure why it doesn’t now. It’s completely updated. Very aggravating.

    Thank you to that Developer for enlightening me with Push Notification. I was unaware of this future and completely fixed Bria not working on the background.
  • Not fair for us who paid for a one-time full price app

    The least you can do is to unlock the feature of this app for those of us who paid the full price. I understand I can download the old app, but some of the bugs didn't get fixed and now it cannot be updated to restore full functionality, while this new app is this one that will be getting all the support and updates. Do like many developers do when the switch to a subscription model. You can have your app detect the purchase of the previous app and then have it unlock the features for us. This new app is the only way those bugs can be dealt with going forward.

    I’ve been using this app for years and have never encountered so many difficulties as I have after the latest update. I certainly hope it gets worked out soon. Please change it back.
