CareSynchrony® Messenger lets you retrieve and review messages, and respond to staff at senior living communities that utilize the CareSynchrony® platform. You must be affiliated with a facility that has deployed the CareSynchrony® care platform and your access to information should be authorized by facility management. Please note that you must request an account to access to review messages and respond to facility staff. Once your request is approved and your account set up you will receive an email to activate your account.
