  • Should have fingerprint reader option

This option should be mandatory by now, and available to users.

Prudential is pathetic when it comes to offering mobile access to account information. Login credentials need to be entered every time I open the app, Touch ID is not an option. Opening the app is only good for viewing current account balances, literally there is nothing else I am able to do with this. Their mobile webpage also is an extreme headache to navigate. All other financial institutions I have dealings with have apps that offer all standard information and options. Prudential needs to reassess this. With the amount of fees I pay I fully expect a change.

The app is basically a viewer for your current account status and holding values in each fund. The only action you can take is to change your contribution rate. I was hoping to be able to both dig deeper into metrics if each funds performance and to reallocate monies between funds including funds I currently might not have any holdings with. Disappointed in the simplicity and limited use. But thanks for trying something.

    1. App does not have fingerprint recognition or even any ability to easily access without typing login and password every time. 2. No ability to change investments on app. 3. Does not track your portfolio performance. 4. Does not detail transactions. ...there is more that can be said but these are a few of the main issues that not only I but many users have in common. I sincerely hope there is a team that is looking at these reviews and working on an update that brings Prudential’s app more in line with other investment apps....soon, please!

Employer switched from Fidelity to Prudential. Looking at the app I can see why.. it’s must have saved them a ton of money, this app is cheap. Once fixed I’ll change the review

Is this app a joke on prudential customers? It’s freaking html5 browser only. The login screen is a joke. Have to scroll right to enter pass phrase. How can this app pass quality control and be released to the public?
  • Pretty worthless app

Not in the same league as Vanguard, and at least Fidelity provides a portal to their web site. This app tells you your holdings, period. Note, if you use a VPN you may not be able to connect, however switching to a different server often works.

The only thing this app can do is give you an account balance. First National Bank of Zimbabwe has a better app.
  • A poor excuse for an App
