  • A bit more functionality?

Isn’t there just a little more functionality you could incorporate into this app? Such as, when at the home page you should be able to click on YTD contributions to see more detail. Plenty-o-opportunity for improvement, here.
  • Ummm where’s the functionality?

This app lets you see your holdings. That’s it. Period. Immediate delete. Don’t waste your time.
  • Horrible app

Ever since switching to Prudential I have not been able to log into the app even once! My assets were switched about 3 weeks ago!
  • If I could give 0 stars I would

You can see your account holdings and that’s it. You can’t even click on a specific account to view monthly, quarterly or annual performance. In a mobile day and age, this is pretty ridiculous.
  • Still does not remember log in information

App still does not remember log in information. So by the time I do log in, it no longer matters why I even went there because you can only view your account. The only thing you seem to be able to change is your percentage rate to put in. I’m not sure I trust the app enough to try it.
  • Memory Loss

This app never remembers device or log in. What’s the point. I dread the day we switched from Fidelity to Prudential. Big mistake.
  • Useless

No features, just view balance and investments. Works like the website except you get more capabilities on the site. Seems they created this merely to say they "have an app". Worse, they don't even use a feature that should be in every financial app: biometrics. Instead you have to login every time, unfortunately. For the trouble, don't use this app just go to the site.
  • App is weak

This app only gives a total value no percentage gain or loss. Not enough features. I had Charles Schwab and their app can do everything the full website can.
  • Can we somehow have this app remember our login information

Would be great if this app could remember our login info or maybe get updated with fingerprint recognition.
  • Lame. Do not download

This is like a watered down web page. Inconvenient to log in & all you can do is view balances and change withholding rate. Do not download. Zero stars.
