Think back to what the mobile web was like before the iPhone. This app is that bad. If I could give it less stars, I would. Seriously, so bad I want to roll over my 401k to a different plan. I mean all that paperwork to avoid this app could be justified.

Well...I can see my balances. Can’t actually DO anything with them, no real histories, no trends, just balances. Nice if you’re looking for a snapshot app
  • Lousiest financial app ever seen.......

Two pages with 4 to 5 clickable items. No statements available, no history of your payments, not even an option to change your selected funds. Giving it one star for existence of the app.

I wish I could give this zero stars. No Touch ID, and it just shows the most basic information. I would expect more from a tiny company, let alone a huge company like Prudential. It’s 2018.

There are no features available through this app to make a good use of this app. Disappointed

This app is so poor. Very little specific data to analyze regarding returns on specific investments. Just overall quarterly performance. Big deal. I made or lost X percent. How are you helping me without specific investment fund data.

It won’t remember my login information and I have to enter it every time I open the app. No touch ID. Once I get to my information it basically just shows my balances. It’s just a really bad app.

Is this really intended to be an app for a large company? It’s absolutely useless! It just gives you a snapshot of your account. You cannot drill down into each fund to see individual performance. No option to do fund transfers. You can’t update your account profile/contact info. No way to view statements. This is a bizarre app! A total failure by the 8th grade developers. Do they not realize that most people prefer to use a mobile app to access account info?? Prudential should be embarrassed, and should quickly replace this app with something that actually provides some value to account holders. I’m transferring my funds out of this rinky dink company!
  • For a financial company

This is a very outdated App which is surprising for a large scale financial company like Prudential. The mobile Website seems to have a few more options but has major glitches. Most recently, I found out that if you add additional payments to your automatic withdrawal it will skip a month. This is counted as a missed deduction on the customers (my part) because the computer did not automatically deduct it from my bank account as it should every month. Customer service was no help and there’s no change sight for in the future. I suggest you should avoid using the App if there is another option.
