When you are depressed it’s hard to do the things you know is best for you to get out of it. When you need to express yourself or let things out privately it’s hard when you have a busy life and others to depend on you and not enough time for yourself. This app has helped me with my struggles and reminds me everyday to take time for myself in a better way and I am thankful I may not write everyday but the fact that it reminds me too is very helpful for my life

Daylio is so simple, all you do is choose your mood, activities, and you’re done! It gives you stats about your moods and stuff. However I was looking for a habit tracker too, so it’s a little too simple for me but if this is what you’re looking for, it’s perfect.

Overall seems pretty easy to track your moods or jot down a few thoughts and feelings... pretty quick and simple!

The android unpaid app has so much more in the features. I’m really disappointed that the paid iPhone app doesn’t have the same stuff. If I could I would return it.

I really love this app! It’s nice to review moods through out the week to reflect on days and get an idea of possibly a cycle of some sort. The only thing I would like the app to do would be to have more then one mood setting for the day. Maybe add as many moods for one day as you would like. Some days I am completely stable but certain things happen through out the day and effect my moods. I comment in my days so that I can see where my mood changed but it would be nice to be able to apply more then one mood to the day. I’m bipolar and my mood will change through out the day sometimes rapidly. I am mostly stable but today I had one negative episode and I got very depressed. The day got better but in the app it would be nice to separate that I had more then one mood in one day. I’m not sure if I’ve made sense or not. Hope I did. Other then that I love this app! Thank you for having an app like this!

I love Daylio! My therapist suggested I track my moods and I’ve gone through about 10 other apps but didn’t love them. I found this one and instantly LOVED it so much I bought the premium version. I love being able to use it as a tracker and a journal in the notes section. Such a helpful app!

I started originally using this app to track my mood. I have now added my symptoms (pain, migraine, nausea, anxiety, etc) as activities. So now I can track my mood, my activities, and my symptoms! It’s very helpful for me to go to the doc and say I had four migraines last week. Love this app.

I was looking for an app to help track my mood and this one stuck out the most to me. It’s really easy to figure out and I love all of the customizations. Unfortunately I’m not able to get the $2.99 version at the moment.

As someone with ADHD, a mood disorder, and severe anxiety, I’m on A LOT of pills and a lot of factors affect my mood. I’ve tried a lot of different ways to track my ups and downs for my own benefit and to help my shrink see if a medication is working - all of them were either difficult to keep up with, or they caused me to focus on negatives. That isn’t the case with Daylio. I’ve had bad days where I didn’t feel that great or productive, but after I opened the app to add my daily entry and quickly marked down all that I had actually done with my day, it helped me to feel better. It’s easy to add in all the little things that help me feel like a real human person when I do them, and that’s pretty neat. The only two things I would add is seeing how often two events or habits coincided (like I “felt productive” on days when I “cooked at home”, etc.) and to be able to put your events into groups like social, leisure, weather, school, and so on. I have grouped them, but it would be nice to even just be able to make a new row or a space in between different rows. In the end though, these are two little things that don’t really affect the functionality of the app, and I still highly recommend it.
