    Take a look at other streaming Apps and improve this App. Every time I come to the end of an episode, the App stops and instead of going back to the series page, it takes you completely out of the App. Please do better; I enjoy your movie and series selections, it’s the “little details” that ruin the experience.

    I got app , and all day I’ve been loggin in , deleting app, and reloading thinking it was a glitch. I subscribed to watch Saint , And Sinners , but the app keeps giving me error message. The bad part aside from trying all day to watch material is; It isn’t a customer service number listed to solve issue. The idea for app is perfect, however it would be great if as a customer I could view material. Also it would be great to add more stage plays to content choice. I hope this gets more organized like Netflix! Right now this app is hottt mess!

    I am trying to use the app. I signed in and it took me to a screen that says “watch trailer” or “start free 7 day trial.” When I try to watch the trailer, the screen goes black and when I hit start the trial it tells me “the receipt you are trying to register is already in use.” I tried to get help from the app download page and it took me to a website page that only has the option to download. I tried to cancel and it told me I could cancel but will be charged 3.99 for the month. This is frustrating because there is no app support and no other options are available to me. The only reason I downloaded added it was to watch “Saints and Sinners” but I am about to charge it to the game and be done with this whole situation. I want my money back. UPDATE: I just got a notification on MAY 6 to contact someone for help. I did that the day of the review. Not only is the email process a slow process because you get a response a day, it’s also frustrating. No one reads the prior emails and they try to make you do what you have already done. To tell me that I needed to log in on the website and re-enter my card info is n unacceptable solution when the app is charging me through my Apple account. I’m not going to run the risk of being charged twice when I can’t even speak to anyone on the phone and get an immediate resolution. I deleted the app weeks ago and won’t be downloading it again. If I could give the app 0 stars, I would. I’m disappointed that your app doesn’t talk to Apple the way it is supposed to and the customer suffers for it. No thanks

    I cannot even bring your app up, it takes me to the freetrail screen and that’s it, I pay for this app and I am about to cancel when it won’t even work right, come on now fixxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx it🤬 Got help and I still can’t download, I don’t know what’s wrong, but it looks like it can’t be fixed, I am really sad about that too😟
