Not IPhone Friendly. I can’t do anything but monitor apps. I can’t see texts or call logs or history.
  • Not good...

This app seemed great for my daughter and I but... it wasn't good for our relationship. My daughter stopped talking to me and it was only making it worse. I don't recommend it. The app doesn't even work most of the time.
  • Couldn’t get it to work after hours of “set-up”

    By Christina099990
Downloaded this app and followed instructions on both phones. Had several issues and still couldn’t get the thing to work. Errors on my son’s phones and no explanations on how to fix them. Had the set up process not taken forever, I would have deleted the app from his phone and started over, but was already way too frustrated. Also not a fan of the $139 annual auto renewal can change it to monthly or every 6 months, but it takes some digging to find that option. Cancelled before even handing my son back his phone. Not worth the bother.
  • Charged for a month even when I canceled free trial shortly after it started

This app does not let parents see images that are sent like it claims. It’s a lengthy process to set up. I was charged a full month subscription even though I canceled free trial within 24 hours of starting the free trial. I’m not having to go through a lengthy process to get this corrected.

I love this app. I can use it to stalk my kids and other relatives and what they are saying! Love it
  • SO upset!

I installed this on my daughters phone and paid monthly until I found a different app to use. I let he subscription lapse and because of this, I am now unable to remove safer kid from her device because it had administrator rights (she has an Android). I did this so she couldn’t uninstall the app on her own. We cannot get into any app on her phone or the settings to disable the rights on the phone allowing us to uninstall SaferKid. I went so far as to try to factory reset her device meaning she would lose absolutely everything on it but SURPRISE! I can’t do that either, even when I try force factory reset. That didn’t work so I tried using my husbands phone to sign up for the free trial period and going that route to deactivate it on her phone. NOPE. Not only would it not recognize the app is already installed on her phone, but I can’t even get into the internet on her device to reassign it to be linked with his phone. I’m so angry I have to pay ANOTHER $15 for an app I’m not using just so I can deactivate the controls. DOWNLOAD AND SUBSCRIBE WITH CAUTION!!!
  • Not in love with this app

Why can’t I refresh the text log more than once a day? Why is it when I disable the apps my daughter is able to still use some of the apps? Sometimes when I disable the apps the whole screen locks and then keeps glitching? Not worth the monthly subscription at all!!
