  • Just give me a refund

    By LidZBarnes
So I bought this to since my steps from FitBit to Apple health and it’s not syncing all my steps- so what’s the point? And it says it last synced my steps on this day Oct 3rd and 11:59 PM... amazing since it was 11:47 PM when I synced them 🤷🏻‍♀️ It doesn’t do the one thing I need it to do so it’s pointless.
  • Huh?

    By Andie178
I am so confused. Did I just download an app instructing me to download another app? WUT?
  • Syncs only one way

    By Kreddell
It doesn’t sync to my Fitbit app just to my apple health app. I wish I hadn’t paid for it and could get a refund.
  • Heart Monitoring

    By tigerfall
Instead of showing various rates of heart activity, it shows the same bpm for the whole day.
  • It does everything it promises

    By PLA or ABS
I’ve used this app for over a year now and it works as promised. I’ve never experienced a single issue and have recommended it to several people that want to sync a Fitbit with Apple health.
  • Duplicated steps

    By NavigatorZh
It adds up my Fitbit steps and iPhone steps. Please add auto sync or scheduled sync function to the app
  • $ down the drain

    By kellymartelly
I am not a tech savvy person but I read about the app and it was supposed to satisfy my syncing needs; so I bought it. I followed the directions, used the FAQ’s and unfortunately the app still wasn’t working for me so I reached out for support. Emails and screenshots were exchanged, then nothing. I followed up and still no response. What a waste!!
  • Error: Unable to access Fitbit account

By hope u have better success
6 or 7 attempts to get this to access my Fitbit account produced nothing but frustration. According to the app I had successfully logged into the FitBit account, but sync continually failed. Update tp previous review: Issue was partly due to browser security settings on my device. App is syncing as advertised!
  • Has never failed me

    By maylea31
Just flat out works and has for two years. Never an issue. I gave four stars because it is a manual sync which is fine for my needs.
  • Fitbit sleep to Apple health works great!

    By daveonbass11
Once I got an Apple Watch I only used Fitbit to track my sleep, but the two never communicated until I found this app. Works great! Have to manually sync the info, but it just takes a couple seconds. Love it :)
