When I launch the app it immediate redirects from the login screen so a survey with instructions. When I hit the back button in the app so I can log in I get a blank screen. I paid for this and it no longer works! I want a refund. THE APP DOES NOT WORK. I REPEAT THIS APP DOES NOT WORK. ALSO TRH DEVELOPERS DO NOT CARE THAT IT DOESN’T WORK.

Seems to work well. I’d feel more confident if the app developers would update more often so I know the app isn’t abandoned.
  • Data issues

I had high hopes for these apps, but they synced really poorly with Fitbit. They overwrote Fitbit data and put a lot of data I didn't want into Fitbit. Took me a good bit of time to undo the damage. Good idea but execution isn't there.
  • Worked but not happy with result.

This purchase technically moved the data, but with some flaws. It took several attempts of syncing to achieve an import of my data from Fitbit, over 2 days. Super frustrating.
  • Worked fine for 2 days

This worked great for 2 days, but the past few days it isn’t accurately logging the steps that are shown on my Fitbit or Fitbit app. And every time it logs (some) steps it shows 11:59 pm, no matter the actual time. Disappointed.

Syncs quick and precise. One suggestion: I wish the process was happening in the background, like twice a day.
  • Doesn’t work as advertised

Great idea, but frustrating. The app does not sync by itself as advertised “after syncing your data manually for the first time the app will auto-sync your data in the background multiple times a day”, so I have to go in and do the update manually everyday. It also doesn’t sync all of the data. The data is consistently lower in the Health app which I will contact support about. Too much money for all my manual effort.
  • Very happy!

I use an Apple Watch during the day and a Fitbit Blaze at night. Using this app keeps all of my data from both devices synced in one place. I love it!
