  • Unable to do deliveries

    Even though I have been approved to deliver for Uber, I can’t get the request. I’ve called the support line 6 times and followed all of the troubleshooting steps. I’ve logged out, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, force quit and rebooted my phone. The last rep stated I should just apply for another account—so that means getting another background check and waiting for approval again.

    While on a trip and other riders request a ride I miss a lot of them because it doesn’t show the ride request large enough for me to catch it very frustrating and I think it should be made better especially when you are trying to be safe with passengers in the car now you have to take your eyes off the road just to try and catch the new ride request
  • Laughable Customer Support

    When you have an issue with your fare like not being paid correctly and contact support, the agents continuously make it a point not to help or even read my concerns. They just copy and paste pre written responses that have nothing to do with your issue, have no interest in correctly resolving things.

    As a female driver it is risky enough having people I don't know get into my car I would appreciate if Uber navigation would stop sending me to pick people up in allies especially at night putting my safety further in jeopardy. Also you should allow us to see customer photos before we pick them up. My cash out button has been removed from my app I can only cash out through the website I called client service and they didn't know what I was talking about. They made a ticket 3 days ago for my issue and I haven't heard back.

    They have a lot of restrictions on this app and it’s always annoying special their map is the worse map ever Uber support is terrible uneducated people behind the phone can’t never solve your problem

    For the past two days my inspection sticker has been approved and approximately 4-hours later “Missing” and account has been “put on hold”. Who keeps putting my account on hold after it’s been approved? The operator can only tell me “The Specialized Team” is responsible. Does Uber allow “The Specialized Team” to tamper with driver’s accounts?
