    The app doesn’t contain any helpful information or weigh coaching. Setting weight is frustrating and doesn’t save if you don’t complete the workout. YouTube videos... which they direct you to, are free and give the instruction how to do the exercise. Google 5x5 work will give you the program (what exercises and days). Save your money.

    I love this app. It is a very straightforward program. The auto timer for rest in between sets is a great feature! I also like that it takes your progress on a calendar. This was the best $5 I've ever spent on a app! Keep up the good work, Zen Labs!

    If you’re familiar with the C25K apps this will look super familiar. Makes weight training look so easy and is a fantastic and simple way to track your progress whether you’re experienced or a new weight lifter!

    This app is misleading, it shows 5/3/1 as an option, it’s not. The app it’s self is hard to maneuver back to the start point. If you make a mistake, then too bad for you. You have to change the weights in the first days not able to go back to the beginning even if you reset. Numerous times while setting up the app froze. It’s used to peddle their other apps with an entire tab across the bottom to get to their store. Total waste of space, if I wanted more of your apps I would look for them on the App Store. Make me happy first before asking for more money. Can’t get a refund from Apple even though it’s glitchy and misleading.

    I’ve been wanting to get into weight training but had no clue. I heard of starting strength and 5x5 but was intimidated. Got this app when it was on sale and the first two workouts have been great and built up my confidence. It started me on 3x5 which isn’t too hard, but I do feel great after lifting!
