  • Excellent app!

    By Suryarise
This is the one thing that has gotten me into a daily practice. Excellent teachers, ability to filter specific needs, like duration, props, level, and style. Many learning opportunities... the list goes on. I thought I'd cancel after the free trial, but it is worth every penny. I have not had one class I didn't like, and I am very picky, having practiced on and off for 17 years.
  • Excellent for busy moms and dads

  • Useful and comprehensive

I am new to yoga and have tried several yoga apps (Grokker, Cody, YogaGlo and Serenity Yin Yoga). I liked them all but this is my favorite. There are dozens of "programs" you can watch, each composed of 4-15 episodes on a certain topic, usually delivered by the same teacher. I am interested in yin yoga so was delighted to find 15 episodes of a yin/restorative class called "wait for it." Many flavors of asanas are represented (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha etc) and there are also sitting meditations, pranayama, singing, and talks and lectures on topics from anatomy to the Bhagavad Gita. You can leave comments on class videos and the teachers will write you back, which is pretty awesome. So yeah: you can go deep into learning stuff or you can just swoop in and do a meditation or workout. You can follow one teacher or try a new one each day of the week. And it costs the same as a single visit to a yoga studio costs in my town. The internet is amazing!

This is a great app. The classes are easy to follow along and there is a lot of variety to keep it interesting for me.

I love this app for all my yoga needs. Can practice from anywhere in my house anytime I want. Also like that I can download a practice on wifi, save it, & watch it later to save on data. 💁🏻 🙌🏼
  • Yoga Flow Show!

    By AdamB108
Yes! I just took a class with Jasmine Tarkeshi on the Yoga Flow Show and I feel blissed out, energized, and ready to go! **Note to the developers, the "watch offline" feature hangs up after just one--it won't move through a cue of downloads. Check it out please. ;) Om shanti!
