  • False advertising.

Tried to book service for my parents in Seattle and it wouldnt work. Customer service told my parents they’re only available in one store in Seattle. Sooo why do they have Seattle on their website? I wonder how many other cities this is the case in....after reading the other reviews, they advertise that they use vets and firemen but that’s not always the case, so I wouldn’t use them anyway. Nothing wrong with normal guys, but there’s something wrong with false advertising.
  • Excellent Service

I totally disagree with previous feedback left. I may pay a little bit more but unlike craigslist these folks have passed background checks and are fully insured. After the Craigslist guy drops your item you may need a craigslist lawyer to help recover your losses.
  • Super Nice

I used pick up to have a couch delivered from Coral Gables to Fort Lauderdale. The service was fast and the Good Guys were very friendly and helpful.
  • Bad customer service

I was trying to start driving for pickup set up 2 different times for them to call me no one has called. I have called 3 times to try to talk to customer service and I just get sent to voicemail.
  • Terrible

This app is just a web page view of a website. It’s not interactive and not user friendly. Great idea, but bad implementation.
  • Be warned!

    By Kellwill70
None of the 4 guys who showed up were veterans or fireman. Asian guy green truck, hispanic guy with beard and two white guys. They are more expensive than other options, but thought I was helping veterans. Had to pay more for regular guys when I can get regular guys off Craigslist or other movers. Using veterans to profit. You should be ashamed.
  • Great Help!

I used Pickup twice. Once when I needed to move a truckload of boxes, including large wardrobe boxes, to my storage - and on another day, a truckload of furniture to Sealy from downtown Houston. Each trip, the my “Good Guy” was over the top helpful. They did the heavy lifting that I could never have done alone, and were were courteous and time accountable. My experience with Pickup was exceptional. I was grateful for this app, and they way Pickup handled their business
  • Great idea - terrible implementation

If zero stars was an option I would give that. Great concept, terrible implementation. So unorganized. Sent at least 4 different people to pick up our stuff, so we never knew who our actual delivery person was. They also kept calling the number we told them was NOT the best contact number, even after repeatedly calling the 800 number to tell them to change it. These guys really need to figure out a better system.
  • Damaged my $7,000 Furniture

    By MinaM1M
They damaged my $7,000 furniture during shipment and would not own up to fixing it. Todd, the owner, gave me 2 BS options: 1. Repair my un-repairable furniture; or 2. Give me a "partial" refund on shipping. What a joke! This company will not last long. They surly will be hurting by the time I'm done with them. Good luck!
  • Unable to register

    By Durems
As stated by others I am unable to register a new account. While I like the idea behind the app it certainly does not inspire confidence that this seems to have been a problem for a number of months.
